THESES people are straight up morons. lost my package for 3 days delivered it late , lost important parts, NOT IN A BOX delivered by ?"?. then there is mike, there so called warehouse manager he is one of the most rude people i have ever had to deal with, an idiot top of his class,. if they are going to deliver your package IT WILL BE DAMGED GAURENTEE THAT see the pictures bunch of clowns !!

If I can give a zero star review, I would. I had a Tackle Warehouse shipment that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, November 11th, 2023. The package was held and rescheduled to be delivered today, November 13th. As I got home and opened up my package, I found that 2 out of the 3 lures I ordered were missing. Upon further inspection of my box. I found that the package was retaped, and there was another layer of tape over my packing slip. As I peeled off my packing label, I found the original tape from Tackle Warehouse had been cut and tampered with. I would love to meet the a hole working at this hub stealing items out of packages. It doesn't help when Tackle Warehouse sends packages with their logo on the outside. Stear clear of these fools.

Golden State Overnight was the delivery company for my clients food delivery company. Week before last, they delivered to the sidewalk by the road, this week it is a mystery what outside doorway they delivered to, and left it. Why didn't they actually walk into the three story building to the appropriate apartment. WHAT DELIVERY COMPANY DOES THAT?!?!?! Delivering to a sidewalk without calling? Very undependable delivery service!

GLS driver forged my initials and stole my package. They said I received and signed for the package when I wasn't home, I was at work.

This company is horrible, horrible, horrible. Unorganized, slow, unprofessional, incompetent, I’m absolutely stunned this company still gets business. By far the worst I have ever dealt with. Dang I wish I can give no stars, don’t even deserve 1.

Never heard of them. I ordered package that was supposed to be delivered December 3. For 6 days it says missed truck delivery cutoff in Sacramento. I signed up for text updates- never have heard a thing from them. It is now Dec 9th and no one knows where my package is!!!

Tried calling customer service this morning to find out WHY my package has not been delivered as yet. Was on hold for over 40 minutes. When I finally DID get to talk to someone, she was unable to give me a reason as to WHY my package has been sitting in Sacramento for over a week and has NOT been delivered yet!!!! Talk about POOR SERVICE!!!!!! I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE!!!!!!! Get it together people, for the sake of ALL of the people unfortunate enough to be at your mercy for our package deliveries!!!!!!!

Failed to deliver my cancer medication overnight as directed in the shipping process. I advised the pharmacy so they will consider using another courier in the future. The attached photo shows what occurred. There was no effort to contact me about the no delivery. I made contact with GLS and my concerns were noted but again no effort to resolve my issue.

Had a shipment that was supposed to be delivered on Monday and it is now Wednesday night and no package. I have called 4 times and I keep getting the same run around from 3 rude agents on the phone. All they can tell me is the package appears to be missing but was scanned in to be put on the truck Monday, but when the drive arrived in a uhal truck with little light in the back. I helped him go through the packages with my flashlight but was not there. This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever seen and at my work we ship all kinds of carriers and never had this kind of experience in 5 years.Do Not Ever US These Guys!

In the last couple months we have had packages not delivered in the San Diego area with little to no concerns. We call the customer service line and there is NO answer. I am not sure how they are running a business. Looking for a new overnight service!

I am shocked and extremely disappointed that I didn't do research on this delivery service. I specifically paid for overnight service of critical car parts. When the delivery did not show I tracked the package wherein it stated wrong zip code. Their customer service department was very slow to answer the phone and they had the correct zip code. I can only guess that the driver didn't want to go out of his way to deliver to a country address so stated some BS. This same problem has occurred with others. No wonder they have a review rating of 1.
