First meeting with Owner Damon Wong and Sales Lorena was very pleasant and totally so professional. Really helped with out any problems test driving the vehicles we were interested in. As progression took place to make a long story short, we ended up liking and buying a vehicle from them. Golden State Auto Inc. sold me a limon car. Bought one of their cars in June 2024 and the engine gave out in 6 weeks. Don't buy your car here. Gave 1 star review because it did not let me post without marking at least one. Their kindness is designed to take your money with a smile but it's superficial and exactly what a used car sales man is trained to do. Stay away from this dealer!

I bought 2013 Lexs ES300H.I made one time payment.After taking payment The sale man “Mike” let me sing a lot of documents, including no warranty and no return .After a few months Hybrid battery died and cost me a round $3000 for replacements hybrids battery.golden state is Selling JUNK car with high price.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from them in December and noticed a couple of things wrong with the vehicle before making the purchase. AC was not functional, missing interior trim pieces, and a damaged tail light. I had them write up a due bill for the fixes and a couple replacement interior trim pieces. I have been going back and forth with them for 5 months now and now they have completely stop responding. They have told me they "shipped" the part multiple times and it has yet to show up. The entire experience has been unpleasant and ensures I will never bring return business or recommend anyone to go there. I can only imagine how it would have gone if just my wife went in to purchase a vehicle. I hope this review reaches the correct audience and keep them wary about doing business here. They will easily and quickly take advantage of an unsuspecting customer, so be prepared to check into every detail of a vehicle you purchase from them.
