In January 2024 we had new LVP flooring installed in our home. Sherrie Beine assisted us in the selection of the new floor. Sherrie was extremely helpful and professional all through the process of getting the new floor. The installers were also fast and courteous. I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Sue and the team at the flooring company are simply phenomenal! We recently had the pleasure of working with them to install flooring throughout our entire 3500 sq. ft. house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Sue's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail ensured that the installation process was seamless and without any issues. The floors look absolutely stunning, and we are beyond impressed with the quality of their work. I used the Flooring Station to buy laminate for a self-install project in much of our house. Then we hired them to install laminate for the remaining part, our master suite. The purchase of the laminate went smoothly, thanks to Gregg Sessa on the sales team. For the install part, Gregg and the scheduling team were helpful in estimation and scheduling a convenient date. The install team of Dimitry and Dimitry were superb in the following areas: 1. Thorough job on leveling the floor.2. Speedy but accurate. I haven't yet found mistakes.3. Little things were nice, like an undercut of a closet divider which negated the need for baseboards.

The flooring material is the best and the installation crew was wonderful. Gregg Sessa, Flooring Consultant, was very understanding and put all our concerns to rest. I recommend them to everyone considering flooring material and installation. They are the best in the Sacramento Valley!

Tod is awesome to work with - responsive, was able to accommodate our needs when scheduling our install, and we’ll continue to give him and his team our business when our next flooring project comes up. Juaquin Installed our carpet this time around and he was professional, thorough and got the job done quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the end result!

We have used the flooring station a few years ago and had good results. This time I called and within 24 hours. Had brand new carpet installed in our bedroom. Steve and Greg at the showroom floor were very professional and helpful in making the right choice for our small bedroom. Carpet replacement. The 2 men crew did a fantastic professional and very speedy job. We now have beautiful carpet in our bedroom and are proud. That we went with the flooring station. You can't go wrong whether it's pricing or quality. And stellar customer service the flooring station is the BEST!

Gold River carpeted our theater room. It was very challenging because it was on top of travertine plus it had the step. Other companies wouldn’t install on travertine but Gold River came through for me and it turned out beautiful. Tracey in the store was very helpful to work with and the installer Joaquin was phenomenal! I highly recommend!

Will not be needing another flooring company ever again as I've found mine for life. It all started when Justin arrived on time with resources and his insane knowledge. 5 minutes in I trusted his recommendations and loved his no nonsense approach. Just terrific! The carpet we choose was a waffle design and can be a bit of a challenge to install. I was never worried because Justin was there every step of the way and was always communicating at every bench mark of the job along with being onsite the day of install. This to me is worth its weight in gold. Installers arrived and knocked out the whole job in one day and where there was a seam in the massive room upstairs, they blended it remarkably. I was super impressed how seamless the seam was. This a top notch outfit that prides themselves on communication, craftsmanship and their reputation. I gotta say they did not disappoint. We had a small tile job to do, so checked in with Greg at Gold River Carpet One Floor & Home. He's friendly, responsive and helped us select and order our tile. Once the tile came in, we had our experienced tile professional remove the old flooring, prep the space and install tile. All was done efficiently, quickly and the end result was quality work. Thanks to the whole team at this local store!

Left without being helped. They had one salesperson for their showroom, which left us and several other customers waiting a long time. Having compared prices at other flooring stores, their prices are significantly higher than the competition.
