tried a new controller from here, informed that if i didnt like it i could replace controller i bought with anything of equivalent cost so ... no risk. Controller poops out on me, I take it back, they tell me they could only exchange same exact bad product. I asked what about what i was told, they said they are training new people who might have gave wrong info, nothing they can do but buy for 4$. This gamestops negligence cost me 80$. do not recommend. Worker with long hair seemed cool atleast even tho i was a bit frustrated. what i can only assume by the manner in which they talked and carried themself was the manager seemed like a pompous man but only here, in his controlled environment. good for him i guess. didnt even try to help or be kind, few words he said to me while walking away with his back turned and chin up. Id be laughing if i wasnt so inconvenienced. never again visiting here

Purchased a warranty for NEW replacement of PS4 controller. Now they claimed that their policy has changed and will only offer refurbished controller. I don't care that your policy changed. My purchased was prior to your policy change and should be honored as such. POS company that'll be gone by the ways of BBBY.

I purchased a funko pop that was on clearance that was $20 and I went home and found it was broken and piece missing and no label or anything saying it was defective. $20 is a lot for a defective clearances item I would’ve gotten it knowing it was broken the employee that sold it to me no fault to him he probably didn’t know. I went in store to ask and they said they couldn’t do anything for me even though I was sold a $20 dollar broken product. If the piece was in there I wouldn’t mind glue it or something but I wasn’t even there to begin with just frustrating.

Came at 7:59 PM store closes at 9:00 PM guy tells me he closed his registers and can’t process anything for me. Theres still an hour left, and my transaction was on card not even cash. I just went home without causing trouble but this is unacceptable, its a whole hour.

This GameStop location is in a bit of a rough part of Rancho but it's probably the best location in Sacramento. The store is setup with a lot of collectibles, Alan was an amazing employee that made this my go to GameStop. Semper Fi

The workers at this location are very weird. Energetically wise, ambience wise, and interaction wise. To be treated as if you don't exist in a room while you're speaking to a cashier is hella disrespectful and demeaning. Yet, he chose to engage in a full convo with his co worker, whilst I'm talking to him directly. This dude's lack of interest and dismissive behavior towards me was filled with micro aggression and it made me very uncomfortable. I will never step foot in this location ever again.

This is a good store with great people! Manager Daniel and the staff member Jenna helped me out last week. I ordered a Nintendo switch online for same day delivery by 8pm ( I would never recommend using that feature) when 8pm came around no delivery was made Daniel helped me get my discrepancies squared away with the online order and helped me get a switch so that my 2 kids could play Mario kart. Great customer service, I look forward to more interactions with him and his team. GameStop is lucky to have these two Thank you Daniel & Jenna !!

They changed their hours which is pretty sad and there's no convenience there it's inconsistency sometimes they don't have games in stock we have to wait a long time for them to give them back in the stock which is ridiculous especially when they're coming out they don't stock the new games right away but some of the people there are nice

Called ahead to check if they had PS5s in stock. They did! The same girl helped me on the phone and in the store. She was very friendly and I was in-and-out quickly with my new console :)
