Wow! What a great buying experience. I recently moved into a new apartment and needed furniture. I visited the website, made a wish list of everything I wanted, and marched over to Furniture Mattress Outlet. I was a little apprehensive walking to the back alley of the store where the main entrance is located now (it used to be at the front where Harbor Freight Tools is now located), but after meeting Eric, all my hesitations went away. Eric is wonderful, gracious, and got me exactly what I needed. He arranged for delivery (I live on the 3rd floor - no elevator!!) and delivered and assembled everything. I could not be happier. And after doing the math, I saved 68% off retail price for all he furniture I got. Insane!! Visit their website because the warehouse does not have a lot of room on the sales floor. But you will not be disappointed. I am one happy customer.

I can't remember the last time I wrote any kind of review on yelp so this says a lot. I'm taking time out of my day to give this business some well deserved praise. I needed a recliner in a hurry because my mom was coming to visit and her health and mobility had been deteriorating. I need to purchase a comfortable quality recliner for her in a pinch. I called the store to see if they had a decent sized stock of recliners on hand. Eric, the owner answered my call. He said they had several available for same day purchase, so I went ahead and drove over. When I arrived the place looked like it was closed. And to be honest it looked a little sketchy outside, but as I walked around to the loading dock, I heard Eric call out from inside. Indeed they were closed that day, and Eric was inside working. He told me I could come in and check things out anyways. He said he would open up for me, no problem! Long story short Eric was kind, gracious and beyond helpful. He went as far as to take me into his stock room and he opened up at least 4 boxed recliners so that I could make sure I had seen every color of the model that I had picked out on the floor. I purchased the recliner and scheduled a delivery with him. His communication all along was timely and upfront. When he delivered the recliner he brought it all the way inside and set it up for me and was meticulously clean doing so. Also, lets talk about prices. This gentleman is 10 to 20% less than most online. And if he doesn't have what you want on his floor, he'll order it for you. Our household has a couch in our family room that is due to be replaced and we will definitely be ordering it from this location! Great Find. Support this small business!

Eric is amazing! I bought a bed for myself, returning a week later to purchase 2 recliners. Great service, timely delivery, quality products, great prices.I contacted Eric again on Friday evening with an urgent request my grandmother was being released from a rehab facility Monday and required a recliner that lifts up to allow easy transition to standing. Eric came through, delivered and set it up early Monday morning. I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time. I highly recommend this place for all your furniture needs!

I bought a couch from them paid $1650 after a couple of months the seats began to sink I called the and the repaired it they said they could not replace as not sure if others would come in.Cushion started to sink again now they are out of business????Customer service was good Quality poor.

I will be buying all future mattresses from this location. They have all the brands you want for reasonable prices. We got a beauty rest bed for 50% less than anywhere else we were looking. The salesman was funny and didn't push us to make any purchases. The delivery guys were just as cool and they showed up on time and had the bed set up quickly.
