My girlfriend’s phone was shipped through FedEx. It arrived to the facility 9/23/24 and then sat there saying “out for delivery” every day. Til yesterday 10/3/24 we go to this place and they said it was shipped back to the sender. Yet it sat at the office for over a week with no call or anything. FedEx has been out and about doing deliveries to our address so why not see that there’s another package in the system for our address. Now we’ve gotta deal with AT&T for a new phone because y’all are lazy

the address on 3161 zinfandel dr... delivered a package to the wrong address ...agents took over 5 days to respond to lost shipment, the place that recvd the package called FedEx several times with no response. This is 2 yrs of my work ...I'm valuing it at
5k a day would appreciate a respond.....S C

Worst place to send or receive packages from. They have horrible customer service. The delivery people lie about their delivery status because they don’t even try to deliver it. I would rate -1000 if that would exist.

Seriously fed ex is the worstAlso the drivers at this location don’t knock or ring doorbells they have an out dated system and give terrible etas , and customer service is subbed out to another country so you just get “sorry to hear that” nothing useful, Will not use fed ex in the future

Tracking my package with an estimated arrival time of 8am to 1pm and they decided to play games and show up at 2:12 with a drive by note that said will make another attempt. This place is a joke.

Garbage, trash service! Going with UPS next time. Package gets delayed by a week and then get delivered between 12 and 2 they come at 11 and don't ring the doorbell. I have instructions to ring the doorbell. We can't hear the light knocking! Now I have to travel two cities over to pick up the package or try again tomorrow for delivery. Are you guys going to reimburse me gas if I come?

Their phone service had an option to speak to a representative, but it never transfers you to a live agent. It is also rediculas that out of all fed ex locations, they only have 2 pick-up locations that are 40 min from my house for me to pick up my package.
