The lady that works here(I assume management as she doesn’t wear a fed ex shirt) is rude. Makes it seem like a nuisance that she has to unlock things that are locked. Then talks poorly to her employees about things that weren’t done in front of customers.

Excellent customer service. The manager, I don't recall if his name was James or Jason. I applaud you for your professionalism. I came in for a refund and you made it quick and easy. Thank you for keeping it simple.
