I needed to get some front brakes/rotors replaced and Ken was informative, clear with communication, and efficient with the work. Some of the best customer service I've ever had with a mechanic. Definitely coming back when I need to get my rear brakes done.

Hands down the best service & prices in the area!
I have been a customer for the past 3 years, since I moved to Rancho Cordova. I regularly have my Mercedes E350 serviced by Ken - who I wholeheartedly trust with my car. I’ve had a couple of repairs pop up unexpectedly and have always walked away feeling confident that I made the right decision by taking my car to Eurotech.
Just this past weekend, I was on my way to the Bay for my son’s birthday party with a car full of decor & essentials and my car started shaking before getting on the freeway. I immediately called Ken and he told me to come in so he can have a look at it. On a busy Friday afternoon, this man stopped what he was doing to assess what was wrong with my car. He quickly determined that it was a misfire and that I would need a new coil - except it wasn’t in stock. I was on the verge of tears & was contemplating how to deal with this conundrum when Ken generously told me to take HIS car! He helped me load all of the items into his car and I was back on the road in a matter of minutes. My day was saved, the party went on, and my car was fixed!
Ken and the Eurotech staff provide service by leading with compassion. I’ve never been so thankful to have a local mechanic that I can trust and I am so thankful for the compassion that I’ve been shown. I will be a customer for life!

Hands down, the best service I've ever had from a car repair shop. I just purchased a 2009 Audi A5 from a used car dealership, and I had white smoke coming out of my tail pipe that was a little concerning to me. I needed an inspection immediately because I was on the last day of returning the car if there were any issues. I called around to a few places, and they charged way too much, or they had no availability. I called Eurotech and spoke with Ken, who was awesome, in my opinion! He said if I could come that day, he could perform a very detailed inspection. Ken assured me everything was ok with my car, and the exhaust was fine. What a relief, Eurotech has a new customer for life ??

Ken is great, he’s very knowledgeable and fair priced and a great guy. I recommend this place to anyone who needs good work on any car, but specifically Europeans.

My Jag F-Pace needed an O2 sensor replaced. Ken was able to quickly get the job done. There ended up being another issue, however, and Ken referred me to someone that could help solve that problem. It's hard to find someone who will work on a Jag. I'll definitely be going back to Ken if I happen to need anything else worked on.

What an amazing place! Ken (the owner) was extremely positive, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. I paid less than I expected to and he got the car back to me very quickly. On top of all that they washed the car before giving it back to me. Love this place!

I was referred by a family member and Eurotech did not disappoint. This is by far the best place to take your vehicle. Ken and his wife run a great business and know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Ken is honest, thorough and has fair prices. I will not take my vehicular anywhere else!

I’m so glad I found this place and met Ken. For only 1/5 the price of what the Audi dealer was asking for, he fixed my old Audi and it’s running great again. Ken is very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He knows cars and he knows how to treat his customers the good old fashioned way, with respect and honesty. I also took my Prius with a body repair question and he just took care of it free of charge. His wife was there and she’s also so friendly and hospitable. Great service at a great price. The owner works hard to get the repairs done quickly and the shop is thorough and knowledgeable. They have done a great job keeping my 2001 Audi TT on the road.

The guys at Eurotech were amazing. I called and told ken about some concerns I had about my vacuum pump on my Audi. We set up an appointment 2 days later and when I arrived he already had a new vaccine pump in the store if needed. A couple hours after dropping it off I got a call saying it was ready. When I picked it up he showed me the old part where it was cracked and leaking. I left very happy; they were honest, fairly priced, fast, and even did a courtesy inspection that notified me of other future repairs (which they weren't pushy about fixing which is always nice). While driving home my coil pack went out (it was 11 years old) and I called ken who told me to bring it back right away. They stayed after hours to pick up the correct coil pack from another shop and fix it for me. Overall amazing customer service!
