Worst car buying experience of my life. They took almost three months to pay my trade in off to the bank by the time they sent the payment in I already incurred a 78 point loss in my score. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here smile in your face say whatever to get the sale. Wish I could give negative stars

BUYER BEWARE!
sell you a car, promise nothing is wrong with it and give you a 30 day warranty to fix any issues. When presented with the issues, stop returning calls and texts... didnt disclose any of the issues with the truck - cracked bumper, missing key fob, smoker vehicle. Leroy is a liar, and the owner doesnt care. I hope this review costs you more than the very little amount i asked for to fix a couple issues.
Do the right thing, honor what you promised, and this review will be removed.

This review is long awaited. I advise for everyone looking at this location, find a better one & save yourself the trouble and money. I bought a car at this place almost a year ago and since I have made the purchase the car has been falling apart. I use the car for work and home and it has been a repetitive issue. This place is cheap and they will poorly put any car together. The communication from this place is extremely horrible as well. I'm aware purchasing a used car can have its consequences but definitely not this horrible. I have all the receipts since the purchase of the car that I have had to replace. Let alone, the day I bought it, the whole digital display screen and radio went out. We had to contact them & drive back to this location. We had them fix it and pay for it, and it was an extreme hassle & major communication issues going back and forth. We test drove the car 2-3 times before making the purchase and it was around the block, on the freeway and every thing was fine, things started to break, go out/ need to be replaced very shortly after. After the digital system got replaced, and we noticed things started to fall apart, we thought about reaching out again but after the horrible communication & hassle it was for the screen / radio issue, we did not want to speak to them again. This car was put together / built back together, cheaply, poorly, & all the parts that broke on this car that we had to replace were not well put together. There is no need for management to reach out or give us a call. We just wanted others to be advised and aware. We are dealing with the decision we made, please advise and do really great research. This is saying the least of the issues we encountered.

Had my car for 4 months and the water pump failed causing it to blow a head gasket brought it to them to be fixed because they work with my warranty and it still isnt fixed. They've had my car for almost a month and have done nothing but make excuses and or complain they're losing money due to my car because my warranty wont cover the costs to fix the head gasket. When I try to call and speak with them all I get is a voicemail and when I can speak with them its more excuses of why my car isn't fixed. Finally got tired of all the excuses and had my car towed back to my home to have someone else fix it. Do not take your car here to be repaired

I purchased a reliable and fairly priced used car from this dealership and had all the DMV paperwork handled in house which was a great convenience. I have since been back many times for upgrades and regular maintenance and the staff has always been helpful and available. They are my go to dealership for my next used car for myself and family.

Car was delivered with flat tires to find out the tires are from 2016. They're cracked they knew I had children how could you sell a car to someone knowing they have kids with tires in this condition. Not only that the car needed an oil change, the coolant was empty, and the car smelt like smoke. Super unhappy paid $7900 and now have to pay $432 to get new tires put on the car. before purchasing I asked them if everything was good on it and it needed to be safe for my kids to be in. Absolutely insane to me! They buy the car for $1700 and are trying to tell me they sold it at a loss to me. No you made plenty of profit!
