Great place and help on what I wanted. Left with the car I wanted to get. With the warranty, services was amazing! No questions asked they did what needed to be done. Love it and had a great wonderful experience!

I'm glad I dodged this bullet given a lot of other people sharing their horrifying stories about Elegant Auto Sales. It seems they think their car inventory ages like fine wine: I reached out to them 3 months ago to seriously close on a car, made an offer in good faith, had cash in hand (and also secured financing), only to have them play deal closure games. Ended up actually purchasing a better car at the brand dealership where they gladly did business with me and took me seriously. The car I was trying to buy (which already had a significant time at the lot being up for sale when I originally reached out to them) is still up for sale: who am I to judge on their business model...

They add on charges after giving you a price. They also don't point out damage that was repaired in some disreputable garage that isn't on the Carfax. But I really love the Mercury Milan more than the Ford Taurus that is very closely related.

I had a bad experience at another car dealership down the street. I showed up here on a Sunday just at closing time (I was unaware) and was still taken care of and left with a car. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

AS the old adage goes “it takes a village to raise a child “ I’m a firm believer in such. One never knows the affect they have on others. My daughter just started driving and purchased her first car from Elegant Auto Sales. Art from Elegant Auto has no idea how he has influenced my daughter’s life in such a Positive way by treating her with respect,kindness,and dignity. He and Elegant Auto have gone over and beyond what they had to do for her in making sure her first experience was the best she or any purchaser could have. It is why I say it takes a Village to Raise a Child. My daughter could have been bitter, unhappy and none trusting. At Elegant I received excellent above bar customer service. Milan was very knowledgeable about inventory and each car on the lot. I appreciate the no pressure sales atmosphere of this business. My son purchased a car from Elegant and I bought a week later because of the integrity and customer service I witnessed during his purchase.

Finally got my pony. The dealer was super friendly and gave us many options so we could secure the vehicle. My dad used to deal cars so I already know the ropes, I felt like everyone was friendly, thorough and did not feel that typically high pressure feeling you get at dealerships. Highly recommend.

Mr.Milad is a great salesman. He took care of me immediately, made sure I got the best deal and even went a step further with explaining the process to me, since I was a first time buyer. My new Audi A6 drives amazingly, I’ve had the car for almost a month now, and it runs really smooth. I definitely recommend Elegant Auto Sales to anyone trying to buy a used vehicle. Ask for Milad!
