This store is less than helpful. Went in to get some paint mixed and encountered some of the unfriendliest service. I will never attempt to buy paint here or visit a Dunn EdwardsStore again.

Looked at the store hours on Google Maps this morning (9/23/2023) to see if it was open on Saturday. Showed open on Saturday and only closed on Sunday. Got to the store to find it closed. A printed piece of paper, which clearly wasn’t very new, taped to the window saying temporarily closed on Saturdays. Again, it clearly wasn’t a new “sign” put up recently. In fact, the more “official” hours open sign said closed on Saturday and Sunday. There’s no excuse for a business to not update Google Maps, etc. when their hours change as so many people use such apps to check hours, get directions, etc. I certainly won’t be coming back as I think this says something about what the business thinks about customers.

Vanessa, the Professional Color Advisor at this location is amazing! She listened, advised, educated and guided me with color choices for various areas in our new home. She explained how to proceed within the process of a remodeling. She helped me realize what colors I was drawn to in these projects. Based on my input, she responded and showed me a color choice that I fell in love with. I went home with three paint samples. Vanessa is knowledgeable, kind, informative and congenial. I highly recommend making an appointment with Vanessa!

We are a local contractor in the area. We buy paint on occasion and I have used Dunn Edwards in the past, but on this occasion we dropped off a piece of roofing material to get a color match. Kevin helped me first with great customer service. I was later contacted by Jon and was told that the material I ordered was not available and that they only had the superior product in stock. I asked if he would be able to match the price and was told that he couldn't do that and my only option was to upgrade and pay the premium price. Went to Home depot down the street and had the color matched quickly and for a better price. Hopefully they accommodate better for the other contractors that purchase regularly.

We prefer this brand of paint over their competitors and box store brands. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful about a wide variety of answers to our questions and concerns. Paint we purchased over 4 years ago was easily and exactly matched in color and type.
