I took my Kia to Folsom Lake Kia where its gone for the past 5 years where I purchased it. A 2015 Kia Sedona w/ 132k miles on it. It overheated took it to Kia and they wanted $1250 to change the radiator and $238 for the diagnostic. Unfortunately it ended up being a cracked engine block, very, very upsetting. I purchased and engine and Danny's installed it for me. Had I paid Kia the money and it wasn't the radiator I would have been out an additional $1500 dollars. Being a female sometimes it is hard to trust auto shops but Danny's was highly recommended to me and I understand why. Danny's is Honest, Trustworthy, and Experienced! Mike, thank you for your honesty and incredible kindness. God Bless You!!! A Customer for Life!!

These people are really untrustworthy and will find any opportunity to make a profit out of you while doing nothing at the same time. I had brake pads installed on my vehicle and now they have been screeching to the point as if they didn’t even install it in the first place.

2 hours of "diagnosis" at $95/hr to tell me a spark plug boot was touching something metal causing it to short out.

Fast service. Very friendly owner. Chat with him while assistant did my rear brake. Good people. They go by safety rule. Nobody allowed in the working area.

Since I’ve owned my vehicle for the past year I’ve been going to them and getting a lot of help and support. However recently the business is falling short as they do their “diagnostics” it’s supposed to be for the whole of your car all over, however just being told they only look for the specific problem to help right then and there to get your car “back up and running” but in the end I’ve been having a lot of problems this July and they haven’t been keeping their end up.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. They did not take the time to check the details of my car’s issue. I went to them based on the good reviews, but my car was stalling and had a rough idle. The diagnostic code indicated a fuel delivery issue, but they just hooked it up, drove it, and told me it was fine. Anyone with basic knowledge knows that fuel delivery issues also involve the air mixture, and if it's not right, the car will misfire and stall.I had given them my car to check under insurance that costed 3,000 after paying a $ 100 diagnostic fee. On the first day, they said no issue was found. I drove it, and it stalled on the freeway. I went back, next morning, they still found no issue. The same day, it stalled on the freeway again. After they kept the car for two more days, they still claimed there was no issue.told me to take it dealer Frustrated, I checked under the hood myself and immediately saw that the Air Mass Meter Boot was completely loose hanging all the air by passing the mas sensor . It was shocking that they didn't even consider this. Looking up codes on a tablet is one thing, but thorough inspection is crucial. Car stalling can have multiple causes, including the fuel pump (which they checked), fuel pump control unit but disregarding the air intake was very disappointing. While their customer service was nice, I cannot recommend this place. I replaced the Air Mass Meter Boot myself part was $120, and now the car runs perfectly with no codes or stalling issues. This was an easy fix that could've been done under warranty, or at least communicated to me after I paid the diagnostic fee.

I've been coming to Danny's for years. Couldn't ask for better customer service and affordable repairs. Everywhere else (including dealerships) over charge you. I trust these guys with my cars.

How about zero stars. Wasted $190 on a bad diagnosis. Asked for a refund, and quickly received a song and dance story. Totally wasted my time and money going to Danny's. I was in business for many years, and accepted full responsibility for any errors. Danny's doesn't. I could go on and on about what they misdiagnosed, but I don't want to sound whiny and boring. All I asked for is a legitimate refund. I paid money for a well versed song and dance story, sometimes referred to as the dance of the elephants. I must admit, they are very good at it. Thought I found a good mechanic shop. Kinda sad actually. Lived in Rancho over 25 years, and this is my worst business experience in all that time. So much for good neighborhood service
A very disappointed and disillusioned customer.
