Why do they close stores 15 minutes before their schedule? It says on the door open Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm, Saturday - OFF and they are closed at 4:45pm?

4:37 PM sign says opens until 5PM. Doors locked. Not the first time this has happened.

I was also here today before 5 o'clock and the doors were locked. I called and no answer. I'm very disappointed
