Jeez i thought people were just being sensitive - nope - it's as bad as the reviews make it out to be. How in the world do you get a ONE star review - even my DOCTOR complained to ME about this place and required me to change pharmacies !

Horrible service. The second I walk in there I notice one of the employees (a young women with no eyebrows) giving this poor old lady a nasty attitude. Then I go to buy deodorant (which is ALL locked up) I ring the button saying I needed service so I waited 5 minutes and noticed that they were not even busy at all. They had 3 cashier working and only 3 people in line. So after a while I decided to ring for assistants again and I waited another 5 minutes and no one came to help me again. So after 10 minutes of waiting I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. It makes no sense on why this store has half their items locked up when the employees are unwilling to come and open it and do there job. 0 out of 10

A worker name Ashley needs an attitude check. I respectfully asked her for assistance but just got negative feedback and attitude. If you hate your job so much, you should go find another one my friend.

Needed an item at 430 am on our way to Kirkwood. Sign says open 24 hours but the employees lock up "for Lunch" and put a sign on the door that they will re open at 5am. At 455 an employee unlocks, walks out and sits on the sidewalk while a second employee is at the register. 2 Employees and you close for lunch???

My husband has been seeing his medical doctor for a few years now and gave him this Good Rx Prescription Drug Savings Card which CVS in Rancho Cordova, never honored it not even once and ended up paying out of Pocket all the time, so we just switched to another local Pharmacy nearby less headache and humiliation and never used that No Good Rx Prescription Drug Savings Card that they Claimed and advertised on TV.Teresa T.

Probably should have read some of the reviews before getting prescriptions from here. Went to pick up my prescription around 3:30 on a Tuesday and it was crazy packed. Went inside thinking it would be less but that wasn't the case. After waiting 20 minutes, the woman helping me initially said that they did not have that medication available, much to my surprise since I had to change to that specific medication since the other one was not available. She then couldn't find my prescription order from the doctor, not her fault, apparently there was an issue when it was sent from the doctor. I spoke with my doctor immediately and they said they were resending right now. Shortly after, I spoke with another woman who informed me that they do indeed have my medication available but I'd have to wait at least 15 minutes for them to get it. I went outside to wait in my vehicle. After about 10 minutes, I received a call from the pharmacist giving me information regarding my prescription and he said 'hopefully it'll be ready tonight.' I explained the situation and asked if he would be able to put a rush on it since I was waiting outside and by this point I had already been up there for close to 45 minutes. He said that it was rush hour and he could have it ready in about an hour. Luckily that would be around the time that I would be needing another dose of medication but I decided to go home instead of waiting outside for an additional hour. Pretty frustrating experience. I'm confused as to why the first woman claimed they didn't have my medication without even checking, and then the second saying I would have to wait 15 minutes, and then the pharmacist saying about an hour wait after explaining to him what happened. I have heard from others recently that have said CVS has been subpar lately. Found out myself today.

I was here late 2022 during my quick giveaway from San Jose visiting family. After dinner, I had some tummy issues. So, I had to get some anti gas remedies.Coming from Hyatt Place Rancho Cordova was a breeze, during the day. The map made it like just around the corner but definitely not a walking distance at night.It was just a simple CVS Pharmacy, nothing to brag about it.

I've gone into this store several times and everytime the employees working are very helpful and pleasant. I went in tonight and said excuse me very nicely twice before the guy I was talking to answered me. I asked if they had flashlights and I was answered very rudely. Along with him and two customers mocking us while they walked by us. I'm very unhappy.

Pharmacy closes 5 minutes before lunch. It is always difficult to pick up your medicines on time. At night, the pharmacy is also closed, although it says 24 hours a day.

Don’t bother to pay into the five dollar a month extra care pass or care pass that you get to spend $10 for because half the time it’s not there are you get this oh I’m sorry somebody already used it. I’m sorry somebody doesn’t pay for it every month I do so basically what you’re telling me is my account isn’t safe and your store system, no thank you pass hard pass

My rating is zero. but you have to pick at least one star to post a review. What everybody is saying is true. They are rude, one person doesn't know what the other person is doing. Their texts say one thing and the pharmacist says "no, sorry you'll have to wait two more days." One pharmacist says one thing and another pharmacist says something else. They are awful. ZERO STARS! ZERO!! these ppl are incapable of doing their job! I get there are other patients but for me to go every time and every time they have me wait HOURS for my medication! And it's always that they don't have my insurance on file when I've given them my ins info EVERY TIME! I'm switching pharmacies!

Those people at the Zinfandel cvs are the rudest. I have never been rushed before. Only in this store.I don't care if you are busy. I don't. Dont be rude. Anyways. I am very sorry that I moved my medication at that pharmacy.

I don’t think the staff at checkout was helpful nor friendly. I had a arm full of stuff and no one offered my assistance locating a cart or basket. In addition while in line holding at least 8 or 9 items in my arms. The only cashier told the lady ahead of me to keep waiting for whom ever she was on the phone with because I would have to wait. She had asked him to let me go ahead of her and he told her no it’s okay I’ve already got you rung up she can just continue to wait!
