BE AWARE!!! When I opened a new Cricket Service, their employees told me I would get $100 reward after one month of service. After one month and 15 days I see no $100 reward on my Cricket App, so I went back to this store and they told me my plan would have to be $55 plan or more to get that reward. Why didn’t the tell me that in the beginning before I opened a new service? This is basically FALSE INFORMATION, BAIT & SWITCH tactic used to get new customers.

Staff was busy with another customer when we came in but said hi and got to us as soon as possible. She was very helpful and was able to help us and the customer behind us without us feeling ignored

I understand that prices are low with Cricket but customer service at this store is terrible. The "rep" I talked to when trying to buy a new phone did not know anything about phones. Didn't know memory size of each phone, didn't know how to turn on the phone samples on past their "LOCK" screen. Very frustrating trip to that store and a total waste of my time. Also "rep" told me the LG Stylo 6 phones were not available because returned to "Corporate" because they weren't selling and weren't available in any of the stores. I don't believe all of that, I was able to purchase one online. Very unhappy with Cricket due to this and the Asurion insurance is yet another waste of time and money. Details available if anyone cares.
