So I'm going to be completely honest when I say I feel like I didn't get my money's worth here. I stayed at the best western right next to the marriot for a few days then came here only to feel like it was a downgrade and that should be embarrassing for the marriot. The TV in the room was an older flat screen that was smaller than the TV in the best western I was in, interior looked older as well and it doesn't come with breakfast. I had phenomenal breakfast at the best western next door. I had a conversation with one of the best western staff about how I was surprised that the rooms were better than the marriot and they explained that it was just renovated. The only reason I like the marriot is for the bar because I received excellent service at the bar and the drinks were great. No, I don't work for best western, I'm just shocked and disappointed that I paid more to get less at the marriot.

Outstanding service and room. Demonstrated the quality I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties. I overheard the housekeeping manager briefing his team, the details he went over were impressive. They really are dedicated to an attention to detail.

Fantastic stay. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The hotel was quiet and the pool was spacious. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and believe it should be ranked 5 stars. Highly recommended for any travelers.

I stayed at this Courtyard 12 and 13 Sep (2024). I arrived late the night of the 12th (almost midnight), and the front desk gave me a key to a room where someone was already staying (I could clearly hear music coming from inside the room)! For some reason, she called the room rather than checking her roster about the issue, then decided to give me a key to a different room. My new room featured a shower that offered a (not luxurious) foot soak because it was clogged. Add on to that no free breakfast (what mid-level hotel doesn't offer that generic free breakfast?). Would not stay there again!

The three ladies serving breakfast were very kind and enthusiastic. They brightened my morning with their positive energy.
The breakfast was carefully prepared and efficiently served.
The only suggestion would be to cook the bacon a bit softer and reduce the salt content, which would make it even tastier.
Overall, it was a great breakfast experience.

Out of most of the hotel chains I've stayed at, I feel like Courtyards seem to be more comfy than the rest. i haven't stayed in a 2 bedroom room yet, but I love how the king bed is up against the bathroom shower wall. It makes the room feel less crowded. The only thing I would change would be to add a microwave to the room. That would be clutch for heating up food. The negatives I have with this place is the food in the Lobby you can order is really expensive. You are better off finding something down the road to eat that's half the price. The other thing is that they clip you $10/day for parking. Pretty lame in my opinion. But maybe this is what hotels do in Rancho Cordova... Aside from this, the location was great and close to the freeway. If you are looking for places to eat nearby, there is a Mexican restaurant across the lot and then there are some restaurants on Zinfandel both ways.
Noteworthy details: They charge $10/night for parking a car.

Hotel—not the motel or the Holiday Inn—LMFAO. This place was so clean and nice that I almost felt underdressed just walking in. The check-in receptionist was friendly, I half expected then to offer me a home-cooked meal instead of just my key. Sadly, I didn't have time to snoop around the hotel like a curious cat, but take my word for it—the room was on point, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong enough to blast away any bad decisions! Just for reference, no bad decisions were made this past weekend ?

Last night, I stayed in this hotel with my three children. Overall, this hotel is good. It is a rectangular building with a small garden and swimming pool in the middle. The environment is good. The service attitude is also very good. Moreover, such a large hotel only has an elevator in one corner, which is very inconvenient. In addition, this hotel requires a parking fee of 10 yuan and no free Chinese food. Their Starbucks breakfast is a bit expensive! The room is not very clean! The bath towels in the bathroom are not very clean! And there is no free mineral water in the room, and there is no napkin in the room! Also, the air conditioner in the room was really noisy! Plus, the hotel is close to the highway, so it was noisy even when the door was closed at night. I didn't sleep well last night...

I cannot fully express how utterly disappointed I am in this Courtyard by Marriott or how highly I suggest that nobody stay here. I've stayed at various Courtyards before and many other hotel chains and this is the first time I've ever had to pay for parking ($10 a day!!!). This is also the first that doesn't send housekeeping around to the rooms to do things like empty the trash during your stay. Supposedly they do that between guests but not while you stay. So if you stay a week, don't expect any fresh towels or an empty trash can or made bed. We even called down to the desk to ask for that since our worlds smallest trashcans were already overflowing after the first day and we were told they don't normally do that but they would come and do it since we requested only to then never show up. And as others have mentioned in their reviews, the street noise is terrible. They must have put in the cheapest possible windows when they built this place because you hear every car driving down the highway. It definitely doesn't make for a good night sleep at all! Overall, this hotel basically ruined our vacation. Stay away from it so it doesn't ruin your vacation too! I was expecting the high standards of a Courtyard By Marriott hotel and instead got a nice looking hotel with the standards of a fleabag motel.

Lots of places to eat nearby and freeway close so location is good if that's what you're looking for. But the hotel itself is rather basic. Rooms are fine...nothing special. And if you want anything else it's either not available or at an extra cost. Good example is a lot of hotels in this category have morning coffee available for guest. Not this place. You have to buy your coffee. Not an expresso based drink mind you. Just drip coffee. That's $4 please. Kinda disappointing if you think about it too long
