Last Monday around 10 a.m. I bought 2 pizzas from the baking area. I paid for the pizza and went to the store to do some shopping. When I came for pizza I was told that my pizza was not ready and I needed to wait another 20 minutes! This despite the fact that they had almost no customers! Today I bought pizza again and the situation repeated itself again. The same shift worked. The workers were rude to me and refused to give me my pizza on time. Today I waited even longer! Why does the manager of this department hire such rude and arrogant people who simply mock customers? Next time I will film their rude service and post it on the Internet so people can see how they can be served in the baking area of Costco Rancho Cordova!

I signed up yesterday for an executive membership and the customer service was excellent when deciding what the best membership plan would be. For $120 a year , I have 2 people on the membership and gets us 2-4% cash back on so much stuff and I’m very excited to try the travel agency and optometrist. I have my daughter’s wedding coming up where I will be purchasing the alcohol and we get 4% back on that too! After yesterday’s shopping trip I probably won’t need to leave the house for months lol. Check out everything I bought for under $1000!

This Costco has great selection of clothes and the meat sector doesn't disappoint.
I bought some vitamins that I couldn't find at the other Costco. Sometimes the lines get long but that's the same everywhere. Overall very happy with this one.
