I asked the manager for 20% discount as the bed was very overpriced. He, the manager (Asian guy) got mad, and pulled out his phone to call the cops on me. He shouted on me to leave his shop. I had my children with me as well. Avoid him at any cost! He isn't mentally stable.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery, large selection and great quality, beautiful furniture! What more could you ask for?! Also, I didn't feel like they were pushy like the sales people at other furniture stores are. They also stacked discounts for us and they appreciate veterans! We will absolutely be recommending this place to all of our friends and family!

I loved the selection that Comfort Furniture had and I thought it was really amazing they can do customer furniture pieces, and use locally sourced wood. My husband and I have been searching for a dining room table for the last year or so. We finally found a great set that was just the right size for us. Anthony made the experience really great and answered all my questions about the table, delivery and pricing etc. He was super nice and friendly, easy to talk to and didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything. Delivery was available within 2 days of us purchasing but they were accommodating to our schedule for later in the week. The delivery guys called 45 mins before they were set to arrive and we slated to arrive right at the 11-3 delivery window. They took care to deliver my new table and haul off my old table. I forget the delivery guy's name but he was so patient and have me the time I needed to carefully inspect the table before singing off on the delivery. Anthony was great at communicating with me the whole process via text (my preference) and was always available for my questions was quick at responding to me. We love our new table and love that we were able to shop local! Thank you Anthony and staff!!

3 months waiting for custom furniture and it was never made!In November of 2020, I ordered a custom chaise chair. Anthony was very nice and accommodating with all of my questions and very friendly. I was sucked in unfortunately. I was told I would have chair by end on January. 1/23/21 - was told by Anthony that they are waiting for the leather to come in and that it would be another couple of weeks. This went on week by week....every time I called there was an excuse as to why it wasn't ready and I was told another week or two. By end of February I began to question whether or not my chair was even being made. I asked to see a picture of it or talk to the guy making it and was told I would be called, but he never called. This went on a couple more weeks and still no evidence of chair. I finally had to cancel my order. Through all of this Anthony was very nice - however nice doesn't get the work done. I was promised a product and never received it, and lost 3 months of time to get my chair and had to start all over. This place might be fine for items off the showroom floor, but I would be very wary of custom furniture - which is too bad, because I really wanted to support a local business.

Adam was so amazing, me and my other two roommates went in looking for the perfect couch. He helped us hunt down the perfect deal! The couch is good quality and super comfortable.
