It's hard to be a bad chevron station in my opinion. How do you have 4 or more pumps not operating correctly and not put up a "out of order" sign or something indicating someone shouldn't use it. At least 4 pumps out 8 (that I can remember) had people questioning what's going on and going to the window. Other customers said there were people leaving angrily before I pulled up and they just found out why. Cashier just says "it's broken. Yeah, it's slow. Broken." Then fades into the back when you ask forhelp. Folks around me could only get about 2 dollars max before the gas would trickle until it halts. I was irritated for sure, but it was messed up to see folks have their kids sitting in the car waiting. Maybe I'm overreacting, but that was enough to make me leave a review.

I was filling up on gas here because it's close to my work and I was using pump No1 and the handle ended up being broken. I went to tell the guy at the counter and he told me it's because I didn't pay. And I said "no it's because the handle is broken" and he said "try paying" (I tried paying twice) and I ended up going to a different pump and letting everyone know who went to that one that it was broken because clearly it wasn't working.Front counter guy was shorter and had a scruffy beard with short hair. And a really bad temper. I wanted to go off on him because he's not the only one who works a job like that. He's lucky to be working and not on the streets. He should be grateful to be where he is. There's homeless right outside that could easily be him too. But some people just weren't raised right.

The owner should be ashamed. Most filthy rundown Chevron I've ever seen. Very dirty gas stalls and broken trash cans. Storefront windows are terrible dirty. Please take pride in this establishment and clean it up.

The front counter guy working July 8th 2021 @ 4pm. I asked for him to give me a $20 bill for my 2 5s and a 10 ... and he called me a b**** and told me to get out of the store. I said I'd leave a review and not to talk to females like that but he said he didn't care. So I am leaving one. Refused to give name so I took a picture. He proceeded to take a picture of me as well .... A young female lol

I haven't had any major issues here, they do not sell alcohol or pack of water bottles. I usually come for gas but the surrounding area is sketchy a little but not as bad as 7/11 around the corner.

Usually have good experiences here, despite the neighborhood. Cash price is usually decent However I got gypped about 5 dollars cash on gas tonight 5 minutes before the posted closing time, by the attendant who was only working the window at that time. No name tag; Haven't seen him here before. Really a shame since the day clerk I most is awesome, and last time I was here I had miscounted under by a buck and he caught it, openly counted again for me and was right

Clearly a trashy dump. Food wrappers, filth, food, ​and trash on the islands. I don't know what the inside looks like and I would be surprised​ if it passed a health inspection. Clothing and trash in the parking lot. I don't know if this is a company run station or not. It is a poor reflection​ on Chevron and even a more poor reflection on the City of Rancho Cordova. Coming off the freeway to this is is awful and despicable​. If a traveler is not familiar with Rancho Cordova and the first place they see, they want to leave as quickly as possible​. Shame on Chevron and the City of Rancho Cordova.
