They did an outstanding job. We replaced our granite kitchen countertops with quartzite. Alice and her husband are an amazing duo communication scheduling was very professional their tear out and install guys were clean professional nice guys. The whole team at chens is top notch. We highly recommend this company you cannot go wrong. Beautiful workman ship in the fabrication process. We are so pleased.

Chen's Marble is fantastic! Alice did all the behind the scene work and Paul came out to do the measurements for the countertops and both were polite, professional, thorough, and on top of everything! The guys that came to do the install were awesome as well. They showed up right on time and were done in about an hour and 45 minutes with everything including the plywood measurements and install before the quartzite went in, undermount sink install, faucet and soap dispenser hole drilling's, backsplash, etc. I had such a wonderful experience working with this company and highly recommend them for any of your countertop needs.

We submitted detailed measurements to Chen's for kitchen and bath countertop fabrication early last year. They seemed pricey, but very friendly. (We don't mind pricey as long as the work is excellent.) Our remodel ultimately got put on hold due to financial concerns when COVID 19 struck. Just too many unknowns to proceed at that time.Fast forward to this year and now Chen's doesn't seem to need (or want), our business now that we're ready. Alice seemed genuinely irritated two weeks ago when I stopped by their office to discuss our project. Why even have an office if you don't want customers stopping by?? "We're busy, we're very busy." She promised to get back to me to send someone out to do their own measurements. We got no call back, no email, no nothing.Message received loud and clear Alice.

Cracked my slab and then tried to tell me it was part of the grain. They wound up replacing from another section of the slab which is why I gave 3 stars. They continued to say it was part of the grain.

Chen's was amazing in service and install!! Both Alice and her husband worked with me and answered all my concerns super nice couple. THe installers did an amazing job and were super friendly and helpful!! I would recommend Chen's for your install!!

We reached out to several of our contacts for a stone fabricator and received 5 different recommendations. We had all 5 provide us with pricing for our quartz kitchen counters and backslash. The quotes were anywhere between $500 to $3000 in price variation for the exact same job. Chen's pricing was in the middle of the pack, but I felt they were upfront and honest from the start where others were a elusive or over priced. They also extended their discount from MSI for the Quartz material and simply charged us for the labor only. It was about a week and a half from first measurement to install and they were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly people. Alice and Macario are a great team and I'd definitely recommend them. Great Job! Great to work with and they took the time to do the job right. Mine was a complicated job and they had the right equipment and knowledge to get it done right and on time. I highly recommend.
