No public restroom available to use even if you bank with chase. But they were happy to redirect me to other establishments that pay to have their bathrooms maintained for their own business

The employees were very helpful. Quick and efficient to answer questions, but did not rush me to finish my transactions.They even suggested different ways to handle issues. ATM machines available for self service.

Very poor service by the manager himself. To apply for a credit card he was asking for an extra ID even though I have my Driver’s license with me. I know a person applied with just the Drivers license but the manager insists that I need to bring another ID. Same branch different rules for different customers. Very very poor service. Very discriminatory.

We just moved into our home and received an offer of $600 if we opened up a checking account and savings account. When we got to the bank, we were told that they expired and we could not use them. Why would Chase send expired coupons advertising this and not honoring it?

Marisol Romero is the branch manager and she clearly does not know Chase Bank's policies. After speaking to several branch managers at Chase, I was encouraged to file a complaint against this branch. This was the second time a staff member at this branch was unclear of the job duties. They are typically a friendly branch, but they need training on the policies of Chase and cultural competency. I encourage African Americans to use the branch on Kiefer, as they are much nicer and seem to know their jobs better.

This branch is horrible customer service does not exist this is the only bank I've been to where the workers are chasing each other inside the store
