I had service with at&t and i was paying 120$ for only my line i have switched to boost and got iphone 11 for $50 only. My bill dropped to $67 a month with inssurance but way better service.highly recommended

The worst on a family plan the secondary line device broke damaged only!! I just paid cell phone bill prior to due date paid 80.00 on 7/3/ 22 not due til 7/5/22 my family member went in to purchase new phone the female who said she is the manager disconnected the line as if I pay bill for her to disconnect charge my family member full price when had the month already paid for now if that is not her stealing my money then I don't know what is!! I will find someone to give me my money that I paid I need my credit of 40.00 put on my account I don't care who puts it back on there but u don't take my money I work 2 jobs she needs to know what she did is wrong!! I paid my bill never told her to disconnect my line from family plan as if I just throw money away like this it's simple fix put my money back on my account period.

Worst customer service. Vulgar and inept. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS ACP applications much less handle renewals. They make ANY excuse to not do it because they prefer you pay a plan and phone. Even if approved by FCC and you have a valid ACO id# , they still do not want to give the service you are rightfully entitled to. Bias at its finest, if you are having similar problems with this government funded benefit, please complain. This social and racial bias by bothe the store managers and Boostmobile itself. Complain to corporate Boostmobile and to the ACP. If you want to submit a complain to the department of better business , please do so. Social and racial injustice does not stop until our voices reach the right ears. They need to remove ALL ACP Related ads off the windows and just stick to what they know. It is wrongful to give false adversing to fish people and deceive. Gross attitude and unprofessional. Promotion of a service NO ONE is properly trained to do by phone not in person.
