I ordered 2 Sweat shirts in October and have not received my order yet. It had also been longer then 60 days so I can not dispute it with the bank. I emailed a dozen times and received one email back in November stating the shirts were in back order and will be shipped shortly. There is no contact info (phone number) listed to call. Customer service is awful. I love to support veterans and have purchased from them before and really like there product but this is unexceptable.

Placed order in SEPTEMBER! Ordered 4 hoodies for xmas presents. Never received. Got 1 reply to dozens of email. Then crickets. Love to support a vet run business but.....

I ordered sweatshirts in September and never received my order. It is now two months later, all requests and communications for my missing order have been ignored. I have yet to receive an email explaining where the order is or any response at all. I definitely will not be ordering from this company in the future. I would give 0 stars if an option.

Went in person to discuss a quote for 4 silkscreen shirts. Never got my quote, its been 2 months, maybe longer. I was about to spend 4k on my first order and they couldn't be bothered with me. Crowded unorganized office, with boxes everywhere. Looked like primarily an embroider shop and not silkscreener. They would have sub'd out my work. I'm glad the didn't get back to me.

I have used Black Hawk for embroidered shirts and hats for over 15 years and their new multi-color capable T Shirt production since they set it up and they are THE BEST. Original designs with complicated stitching has been the keystone of excellence of their designer. In my senior years, why go to anyone but the best for quality embroidered stuff. Dick Stultz

I forgot to mention I was driving by the day they told me they would be done. And it was over an hour past closing. They were there working. They were even able to give me my order. Many places would have waived me off saying they are closed. Thank you again for great work and customer service.

They were able to do a same day embroidery project. For my my sister's wedding shower, they embroidered my sister's new last name and wedding date on the front of a white terri hoodie with silver/grey thread. On the back they embroidered "Bride" in really pretty cursive. My sister LOVED it -wore it the entire wedding weekend. Thanks Black Hawk Apparel for helping me with a great present for my sis.
