3/17/24- We don't have Big 5's in the Midwest, so I stopped by. They had two employees on duty. Both of them greet you as you walk in and offer you assistance.
I walked around and looked at the sales going on. They have lots. Then the young man went around asking all the customers if we needed help.
I asked questions about the BB guns and both employees took a turn to answer my questions.
Very impressed with the customer service and the sales!

I have been to this location a few times to get work shoes. The services all 3 times have been terrible, workers in the shoe department (the men) all 3 times, rude, didn't want to help and didn't answer questions I had and instead were giving their opinions that I didn't ask for. Finally I decided to spend an extra $40 on Amazon and ordered the right size shoe that was in stock because this store never has anything in stock, 3 days later, delivered, perfect fit and the money was worth it. Thank you Amazon, goodbye Dicks, never returning again and I let all my co workers in the Medical field know to avoid dicks and turn to Amazon instead.

Just stood in the back, in shoes section and waited for over 10 minutes to be assisted and no one ever came to get a size for me. So I walked out. 2 employees are standing at the registers talking doing nothing. 2/23/24 9:50am .. I'll take my business to arden way.

I love this store. The staff always looks so bored but they are really helpful when you go in. We were shoe shopping and the guy just kept popping over. Repeatedly. Also the staff is super knowledgeable. I literally just go to the front counter tell them what I want and they know by memory if they sell it. If they don't they recommend different items. Overall a good experience.
