I’m a home health aide. And my client went to Bees medical to ask about assistance on fixing brake on his walker! Nick helped and talked with my client and gave him all needed info on parts and pricing and letting him know he could fix as well. And as my client was walking out Nick gave him one!!! My client was SO happy and ecstatic!! Thank you so much for being so kind and generous to our community!! Any medical supplies needed BEES the place to go!!!!

I’m editing my original review to a 4 star because there is always room for improvement the most recent experience wasn’t good but the owner made good on his word and gave the refund on good terms. My mom was happy and said everyone deserves a second chance so she will consider coming back to purchase her scooter. Make good on your promise and we will continue to be loyal customers. Just one thing to keep in mind if you do buy anything with wheels please carry the item out if something happens and need to bring it back the receipt says any wear and tear in the wheels will not be refunded just a consumer beware. Thanks again ☺️

I had a fantastic experience at this medical supply store. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and so knowledgeable about their products. They guided me through selecting the perfect item without any pressure to buy the most expensive one. To top it off, they even assisted me to my car with my purchase. I'm truly grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of medical supplies.

I appreciate this business very much. All too often medical supplies are unexpectedly needed. Bee Medical staff are very kind and helpful under these very circumstances. The prices are reasonable and in many cases they deliver.

I desperately needed a toilet seat riser for my husband going through cancer treatment. I called Bee and got Nick, but learned they were closed due to Martin Luther King Holiday. Without me asking, he graciously offered to meet me at a time I could come and open the store so I could get what I needed. The shop was clean and organized. He got me exactly what I need and we were on our way in no time. So thankful to have him go above and beyond in customer service. I will be both using Bee and referring them to everyone!

Kind, helpful and easy. My experience was met with polite and nice staff that knew exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean and open, making it easy to find what I needed and might need in the future. Parking was easy, as was the road to get there.

We needed a hospital bed in a day's notice in Bee's medical supply came through, Nick is an awesome guy very friendly I can tell that it's a passion he has to help people. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs services there they were top-notch with everything that they did for us.

Nick is a rare find these days. my wifes scooter was damaged by the airlines and they used BEE medical for the repair. Nick came to my house and spent two hours replacing the electrical parts and repaired it good as new. i now know why they use his shop. i can not say enough good about Nicks attention to detail and work ethic. his parents would be proud. do not waste your time shopping around, i have no doubt that nick will do whatever it takes to make you happy. thanks again Nick i am blessed that i met you.

Bee Medical Supply was so wonderful to us! My husband recently had open heart surgery and was in need of a medical recliner/lift chair post op for our home, and after much research, we thankfully, finally came across Bee Medical Supply! The lovely owner was so kind and able to assist us with all our needs! The two gentlemen who delivered and picked up the medical chair were equally as kind, professional, and timely! We truly appreciate Bee Medical Supply and will certainly recommend and use them, again, if/when necessary in the future!

We live in a remote area two hours from Sacramento and needed an electric hospital bed rental. Nick was phenomenal throughout the entire rental process and went out of his way to deliver to us late on a Saturday after sitting in traffic as we were unable to find any rentals in closer proximity to the area. I highly recommend Bee Medical Supply and would use them again if needed, in a heartbeat.

Above and beyond. They went the extra miles (literally to our door over 50 miles away) on a sweltering evening to make sure my husband had a bed. Great service is rare ...it's refreshing to know it still exists.11 out of 10!!
