Extremely disappointed in their customer service. The staff at this location only helped the older white people who "seemed" to want to purchase something.My wife and I went in and walked around for over 45 minutes and I made eye contact with 4 staff, not one greeted. I said "Hello" to one then she finally greeted back. There were two staff in the office near the slabs in the back of store. He just stared at me without making any movement or effort to do anything but stare.If you're not older and white I'd avoid this place because they don't seem interested to sell anything.The inside of the store looks nice but that's about the only thing that's nice thing about this place.

Sabrina Vajraca is fantastic! I am a remodeling contractor and my customer purchased a huge slab of quartz from Bedrosians and asked if I could pick it up. I was on a tight timeline and I did not have an A-Frame, nor the labor to handle over 700lbs of quartz. Sabrina helped me to find a great fabricator that they could deliver to the next day. The fabricator said he could have it cut for me within a couple of hours! Sabrina made my life a lot easier. She responded quickly to my texts and returned all of my calls promptly. She was committed to solving a problem that I was not prepared to fix on my own, and I am so thankful for that kind of customer-centric service.

I am so grateful for the wonderful service we received from Bedrosians. We had a tight budget and bought an "orphan" slab from Bedrosians that was one of the last of its kind available. When this slab demonstrated a defect that made it unuseable for our purposes, Sara in the slab room tied herself in knots to try to run down a replacement slab to try to keep the installation from falling behind. She was unfailingly courteous, professional, and ALWAYS did what she said she was going to do. If she said she would call or email us back, we got called or emailed back. If we missed each other, then the rest of the office did a GREAT job making sure she got the message, and was also supportive and polite. No one said "that's not my department, call back later". I even dialed the showroom by mistake once and the sales staff took a message and ran it back to Sara. It should not be that this is exceptional service - this used to be "normal" for a good company- but after COVID, sadly this is not the case. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised in every way by my treatment as a valued customer, even though we were just buying ONE slab, that I can't say enough to thank these folks for carrying the torch forward for good business practices. Way to go! Keep it up!

We came to Bedrosians to buy something other than quartzite. We had had two slabs of quartzite crack within hours and days of installation. Our contractor told us to go pick out new slabs at Bedrosians because of Covid, the stock was very low, and what we wanted wasn't there. We had only days to fit in our install with our contractors due to scheduling problems so we were forced to choose a marble. We wanted Corona marble, but it was not available for months so we chose this oriental marble. As soon as it was installed, it started showing every single droplet of water, and so we contacted Bedrosians and our contractor who all met here and he took pictures and told us that he would take it back, to his office and examine the pictures and see what he could do. He told us that he would email us. Within 30 minutes of him leaving, (and mind you Bedrosians is an hour from our house), he sent a stock letter that stated they were not going to be responsible for the watermarks. We had Changs come out, and re-sand down the counters and polish them. Then they sealed them. We waited a week before using them and the very first time we put a glass of water on the counters, this is what we have. No one's he wants to take responsibility. Clearly these counters are unusable and will just continue to stain and watermark. Before these counters we had corona marble for 14 years, and never had anything like this happen. We loved our marble and because of the housefire we had to replace them. I'm very frustrated and disappointed in Bedrosians. I would never buy anything from them again. Not only do they not stand behind their products, they have terrible customer service. Below you will find a picture of the counters, one week after we let the sealant do its thing and then we set a glass of water on the counters and have a permanent stain. This is not juice or oil or any kind of etching liquid. This is merrily water.

Bought a large batch of tile to do a backslash in the kitchen to go along with the new granite installed. The staff was very attentive and took their time with us helping us to figure out the best option for our remodel project. We decided on a smooth ceramic tile after looking at a lot of colors and styles. The item we wanted had to be ordered. It only took 3 days to get it. Great and helpful staff. We were given good discounts on our order. Very pleased with the entire process. Yes, I would not hesitate to buy again if I need tile or counters done. Excellent inventory and multiple displays were instrumental in helping us choose a product that was right for us.

We recently started a bathroom remodel project and bought tile for our floor. We had hoped to put it in our hall bathroom as well but after it was laid in the master decided we really weren't in love with it so decided to do something different in the hall bath. We were told we could return our tile and it took a couple weeks before my husband could find the time to return it (as it is heavy!). At the store they refused to accept all four boxes of tile stating "we could only return it if they had it in stock". Bait and switch. We also do business with floor and decor and they will take back all unused tile (even single pieces). Further, Bedrosians has now implemented an 8% "surcharge" due to the rising price of gas. I find this annoying as you aren't aware of this fee when choosing your tile! Just raise your prices if you must.

My wife and I bought a ton of tile from bedrosian with the promise from the sales person we could return what we didn't need whenever we were done with the remodel. When I tried returning the tile we didn't use, the manager refused. In other words, the people at bedrosian are not honest and have zero credibility. Stay away from these scammers.

Our experience with out bathroom addition was great. We came back to order tile for the final 2 bathroom remodels. The place is always busy, but that is because they know what they are doing. Ask for suggestions, we have found when you allow them to give input you wind up better off. We always know what we want to achieve, but listening and looking at their ideas yields best results. Thank you to the sales team!

Their staff was readily available to help us tour their near limitless tile options. They also had model bathrooms and kitchens setup with tile examples, making it easy to visualize some options at our house.
