We bought some couches there at Becks furniture and got the extended warranty and one of the recliners broke, called and they sent a repair guy which said it needed new part's which he would order right away, , it’s been couple months, I keep calling and they told me part is coming from CHINA!! They say they have no way of tracking it, part should have arrived May 1, NOTHING YET!!! I requested a new couch, that’s a no no! They have to TRY to fix first!! They won’t pick it up to take it to the shop, they said we have to take it in!! They don’t have the part they need, want to fix it… with no part? I asked for extra warranty money back and they said no! WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!! Don’t care that you have a broken couch!!! This is sooooo frustrating!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM BECKS AGAIN… will voice this to everyone!!

Me and my wife bought a couch 8months ago... and it was a good couch for about 5 months. We got the insurance on it so we thought we could get a reselection since it broke so fast. All three recliners went out all at the same time. The only thing they wanted to do was take it for over a week and not work on it at all. So now we're still waiting without a couch for them to return their terrible made couch to us. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst customer service everUpdate 2 months later: they still are the worst tire to shop at. The good reviews are fabricated and are bots do not believe what they say
