Wow! Bases loaded is exactly why you should shop local family owned business. I had a problem with equipment It wasn’t their fault or really there responsibility but they did everything they could to help us. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! And ERIN is the best!!!!

We drive a long ways to shop here. My son loves the variety of baseball equipment and gloves. They are definitely a little pricey on some things but you can find a good deal on other stuff. We paid $185 for some 100% baseball sunglasses.

I wanted to give a review to Bases Loaded for their amazing customer service. my families first time playing baseball and Aaron was so outstanding, he was willing to above and beyond and help us find everything we needed for our son. I will be recommending Bases loaded and Aaron to everyone that I know.

Great selection of products. They had a lot of options which we couldn't find elsewhere. Long lines but they moved quickly. There was a coupon available on social media but the cashier was unaware so that was a bit disappointing.

Came in for baseball little league gear for my two kids, and the staff could not have been any more helpful or friendly. Will be coming back for any and all baseball needs !

I just want to say how great this place is. A few weeks ago, my son went to buy a leg guard. When he got home, he opened it and finds out that it's for the wrong leg, I returned back to bases loaded today to get a right leg guard. The representative at the front counter went out of his way to go in the back and find me the correct leg guard. When he returned, he looked at the package and noticed it was open and informed me that they would not be able to return it. He asked me to hold on and he went and talk to the manager. They both return to the front counter to tell me that they would not be able to return it. The manager then said that for this one time he will return it. Basically, he took a return that he will not be able to sell and went out of his way to return the open package so I was able to get the correct leg guard at no extra cost. Bottom line, he sacrifice $100 product to keep a customer like me for life. Again, thank you for what you did and I appreciate your customer service.

I am really only reviewing one aspect of Bases Loaded. My nephew is a really good baseball player and this is where he shops. Unfortunately, they only offer in-store gift certificates but you have to show up in person to purchase one. That's the reason for four star review.

I really enjoyed walking around and checking out the stores offerings had very good selection of gloves and bats as well as training equipment not many baseball focused stores where I live so I was really happy to find this one the employees there where very helpful and knowledgeable in my opinion and honest

I have been in this store a lot lately for our Travel Ball Team and everyone here has been absolutely awesome! Kyle was quick to ask if I needed help and was super nice while assisting me. Carson was super helpful on researching items for me and rummaging through the back multiple times to try and find what I needed. The manager Aaron was also awesome he stepped in to make sure all my items were there and rung up correctly. All around awesome experience! Great Job guys!

Huge shout out to Ewan! My son is starting little league and we are a little overwhelmed. Ewan helped us by showing us different bats and found the appropriate one for his swing. He explained Length and drop for bats. Then he showed us gloves and did not try to upsale us on the mitts. He knew every mitt and which professional baseball players use. He helped my son with his current infielders mitt and how to tighten the strings. He was super encouraging and really listened to my son on how each mitt felt. Ewan know a lot about baseball!!! Next time you go to this store ask for Ewan because he will help you. They are not paid commission... so to have someone support us and help us because he wanted the best for my son is amazing customer service! He truly loves his job and exhibits the love for the Game! Thanks Ewan!

Man, this kid name Logan is a true pro when it comes to customer service. He went out of his way to find everything we needed for my daughter’s catchers gear. Because of his service, we ended up buying more items than we needed…..lolThe prices were good but the service we got was greater than the price ??
