Bought a 3 year warranty platinum battery at this location. Two years later, the battery went bad. Went to a near by autozone where I live with the original receipt in hand. They ran my information and found no record in their system. Even with receipt in hand with my name and number listed, they refused to do a battery swap due to the representative at this bradshaw location never submitted my information in their data at the time of purchase.

GREAT JOB to the AutoZone store on Bradshaw - they had common sense and saved my faith in AutoZone-customer service. My Mom, brother, cousin, and I could not be absolutely horrible customer service experience response at the AutoZone at the Fair Oaks store in Carmichael. We just could not believe what she told me. Thank goodness we made a call to verify what we were told at Carmichael store.

READ THIS!! I went to this AutoZone further away from my house because I was told by AutoZone in Rancho Cordova that they had both front brake rotors and pads for my vehicle in stock. I called and confirmed with them that they indeed had the parts in stock. I went there in my car and picked up the parts and went back to my house to install. When I finished one side of the brake job, I went to the other and found that one of the brake rotors I was supplied was the wrong part and was not even for my car! Luckily, I had my girlfriend with me who happened to have her own car and we took the incorrect rotor back with me to the store and asked them to make it correct and swap to the correct rotor for me. I was told that I was speaking with the manager, and he did not want to replace the rotor and they tried to steal money from me by trying to charge me more than the original quote for the rotor because it was a bundle deal that I purchased the brakes and rotors originally and they could not just give me the correct rotor and take the incorrect one back. I was fed up and told them I would come back with all parts and wanted a full refund and left the store. I went back home, took all the parts off of my car and went to the AutoZone store closer to me. I explained the situation to the store manager of the other store in Rancho Cordova and the apologized and did confirm I was given the wrong parts and swapped me out for the correct parts. The store manager then informed me that he did not know what they were doing at the other store but found they charged and cancelled the transaction multiple times so that I may need to check with my bank to verify the correct amount was charged to me. I am very upset and frustrated with this store for the hassle and inconvenience and I hope that corporate AutoZone looks into this review and contacts me for some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience of all of the traveling and time-consuming steps I had to take and the way I was treated at this location because of their mistake. For those who took care of me at the Rancho Cordova location, thank you for the help and working with me to resolve this issue.

Yesterday was my very first visit to any AutoZone. This one in Rancho was close to my home. A guy helping me with my car was unable to figure out why the Check Engine light was coming back on. He recommended I go to AutoZone because they checked it for free. The attendants there are friendly and the young lady who helped me was wonderful. She quickly figured out what the problem was. I was very happy with the service. From now on, when I need to buy anything for my car, I'll be going there FIRST!! Excellent customer care!!

terrible service by the woman working behind the counter with long dark hair. I came in asking to change the battery on my key fab, and when it didn't seem to work I simply asked to clarify that the correct battery was placed in there. She responded with so much attitude and condescension. What a terrible way to act. Immediately after I went to O'Reilly's in the same parking lot. I received very kind service from Connor at O'Reilly's.

the employees couldn't help me locate windshield wipers they just handed me a paper and said look there . thank god o'reillys is 600ft away . not only did they assist me (O'reillys employees) they help explain the price difference and what they do

Needed to get a battery for my vehicle. Staff was a very friendly. I ended up paying more than I wanted to for a battery but was able to get what I needed.

Horrible store went for a few simple things. One person appeared to be on her break or just not working at the time 5 pm on Sunday. Two other people working registers with 5 people in line the woman walked away from the register and started restocking the returns leaving 4 of us in line and the one guy with a complicated purchase. I set my stuff down went to Oreily store in the same parking lot way more helpful and I probably would've still been standing in Auto Zone not away to win over customers when you're competitors in the same parking lot.
