I went in to return an oil filter that I bought because they sold me the wrong one. The first thing the employee said was the filter smelt of gas so he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to talk to the manager and they tell me the same thing. Keep in my mind this filter was unused no oil or anything on it. I was just bringing it back after I had realiesed they sold me the wrong one. I almost forgot to mention how the employee litterally answered a phone call who I could only assume was their partner right in front of me as they were “helping” me. This place does not care for their customers and will sell you wrong parts I strongly recommend going to the one just up the street.

Good morning sir or madam
I was just at your location on Folsom Blvd in Rancho Cordova ,I must inform you that your staffs customer service would get a zero if that was choice. I asked one of your employees about type of oil he recommended for small engine and he told me he didn't no because this was automotive store and that I needed to know what type of oil I needed, I had a verbal altercation about his customer service and requested to speak with manager who helped me and than I thanked him. I approached the same manager outside asked him how they could have an employee that talks to customers the way he talked to me. He informed me that I was the problem and that's when I returned the items I purchased and writing. This review to you expressing my displeasure with my experience in your store. The employee threatened to knock my teeth out. Not great customer service but I offered to meet him after his shift since he just clocked in I felt he might want to earn his wages for the day before knocking my teeth out. I'm a disabled Army Vetearn that has fought for his country and ready for the fight. I will not ever purchase another product from your store and I will encourage my fellow Vetearns to not due business with you at this location.

The computer system is a little rough to get the right part#'s from, but the people are great to work with and very helpful.

I like AutoZone for the easy of getting the parts you need, whether it's in store or online. They are great for DIYers with their tool rental program. Good experiences with their Duralast product line.

This store will sell you oil , and of course will charge you the recycle fee as they are supposed to. When it comes time to recycle your oil, this store is very unreliable because way too often they claim their recycle tank is full and can't take my oil. I now only do business with shops that will take in used oil and honor the recycle effort I paid them for.

I bought a Pitman arm 8 months ago, and it's already going bad. Their warranty says refund or exchange, and they won't even let me upgrade my part. It's kinda hard to give them a good rating when they won't even honor their warranty.

Location was clean and had a good layout. Decent selection for an auto parts store. Generally not a fan of AutoZone as a company, and the staff in this location were not as enthusiastic or friendly as staff from other auto parts stores, but they did still help with what I asked and quickly found the part I needed.
