Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and communication. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The staff was unprofessional, and I felt constantly misled. Despite my repeated calls and appointments, they never called me back. When I finally spoke with someone, they were rude and unhelpful. I’m not sure how they hire people like this for sales positions. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to others.

worst place, horrible customer service, sales man has ZERO Customer Service. He picks up the phone said 2 minutes he disappeared for one hour called him back he said 5 minutes and he dis for the whole day, called him the second day he never apologized and when I asked him to reape my time he started yelling and said I'm not gonna sell you the car! Just because he is been told to respect customers time and be professional. He asked me to hire inspectors and pay them to inspect the vehicle?? What a dealer !!

This place is a scam. They took advantage of a first time buyer. Ended up paying double for the car at the end of the day. This place is NO GOOD. I saw the reviews before I should have just went somewhere else.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT buy a vehicle from these scammers. They will talk you into a vehicle and say they are looked at by mechanics and say they will do things they never do. I paid 16,000 cash for a truck and am already almost 5,000 in with fixing it! They will also disrespect you, talk over you and hang up on you when you’re looking for help. The manager is a complete liar!!!

For a used car dealer the prices are very fair.

Great car! Crap dealership. They tried sending me off with a flat tire and a bad battery. They didn't mail the parts they promised that came with the car, anddddd they messed up the paperwork with the DMV which caused its own issues with the company taking my loan. Another customer at the lot warned me against them, perhaps I should have listened ?. Great car though.

Went to this place though gave it a try on local small business. Reached out asking what I'm looking for I answer and told the guy about range rover sport and the bmw x5 he said ok go ahead take a look and he'll be back with keys .oh boy the ragne rove sport autobiography was a peice of scrap opene you open the door white paint is all over the seat belts daah seats buttons thy try to clean it with some strong paint removal and it's start melting up the plastic on buttons every single button or leaver is fillup with white or dark goey residue from paint and clean and never even a single word about it in there online ad.
I opened the engine bay and surprised ? with the black paint oil smoke whatever it is allover never seen anything like that in my life.
2nd thing guess what ,,,,,,,,,,,¡
Wait there like 30 minutes to check out the vehicle nobody shows up with key or anything ?. I left place and really disappointing ?.

I loved it here, bought a car and the salesman got me a good deal. The salesman name was Abdullah, he really helped with my budged range and showed me all the options. Very customer friendly and has a good customer service.
