Waited for almost 15 min at the parts counter before anyone offered to help. There were about 6 employees in the back and several made eye contact. But they were busy playing with a couple of new bikes and having fun. They have a nice selection of motorcycles at good prices. But I won't be back. I was there to spend money not be ignored.

Talked to him on the phone and he said he couldn’t help me because someone else worked on it already! Also didn’t even know the what kind of bike I had after saying the name multiple times. SMH I wouldn’t recommend.

I went to him last week. He was supposed to do a full wheel alignment because my motorcycle pulls dangerous to the left at highway speeds. He only serviced the front and did not think to check the rear tire. My motorcycle still pulls left the same way it did. I tried to reach out to him on the day he told me to call. Called in the morning, noon, and afternoon (and texted him ) only to be met with a response the following day that my calls are getting old and being hung up on. Maybe if he did his job properly the first time, I would not need to "bother" him. Very rude when a problem is due to his negligence. And he only accepts electronic payments from PayPal "friends and family" option instead of goods and services so I cannot dispute the incomplete work he did. Lack of customer service skills. He lost me and my other Harley riding friends' future business. Response to Clark: You told me you drove the motorcycle and that it drives straight when it clearly doesn't because you did not properly test the pulling at highway speeds. Yes, it was negligent when you thought you solved the issue without properly testing the results of your work. Last I checked, you said it was a $100 for a wheel alignment. I was totally fine with paying more for your time to check the alignment properly, but you glossed over the proper testing of the bike at the speed I told you where the problem was. I hired you to fix the alignment of the motorcycle and you give it back to me without solving it. Then, I try to get ahold of you. The least you could have done since you didn't resolve anything was send me a text or at least not respond to me in such a rude manner. It was your responsibility to fully diagnose the issue that I clearly told you of. If you want a return customer, properly communicate with a text next time. I do not care how busy you are. I told you what the issue was, and you did not do your job thoroughly. You claimed I only said to work on the front. Not true. I told you to work on that part and more importantly check if the bike drives straight at highway speeds. If it doesn't, back alignment may need to be taken a look at. Response 2: Clark, you mentioned that the major job you did was not represented in my review, so here you go and for other people to see. The $200 engine paint job you did started peeling the first day I took the bike out for a 100 mile cruise (Yesterday). Seems you did not sand the chrome with the proper grit nor used primer. I will want my money for this one back since you said you are glad to give a refund for me being unhappy" with the results. Clearly, it's the ineffective job you did less so than me simply being "unhappy" with the results.
