My visit here was not great, the bathroom was disgusting and looked as though it was not serviced at all today. When I raised concerns to Parminder while he was on his phone(the guy behind the counter)he just said ok nothing else.. I guess this is what you should expect going to the lesser quality gas station that is like a franchise.. and to think people come in spending no less than $60-100 for gas and snacks..I think they really need to step up there game here, especially when they are promoting the AmPm brand. We all need great service where we're spending our hard earned money because the moment everything converts to Electronic like they want these gas stations won't be needed anymore.

I brought my plastic ampm mug back to get refilled. The guy charged me for double refill when I just had one. It was about 6 pm. This guy had horrible customer service when I asked him. Don't buy anything at this. ampm. I have been to multiple ampm that only charged my one refill not 2. I'm not coming back to this store

Purchased a large soda and it tasted like gross chemicals. Most likely the machine cleaning solution. Disgusting and a waste of money as it doesn't make sense to turn around on the freeway to get a refund... but it definitely annoyed me to throw two dollars down the drain.

Came here to get some snacks and a 3pk of beer and the cashier added (two) 4Loko over charging us. My partner asked for the receipt and he responded "omg...." so I came back demanding a receipt and saw that he over charged us. I pointed out he falsely charged us for (two) 4loko and he gave me the money back. You know damn well that was not an accident and really tried to pull a fast one, NOPE. Not On My Watch

I've been trying grab a snack from this place many times between 12am -3am. It's always close . But yet the hours is still posted 24hr, 7 days . So what f*** is the Damn f****** hours really? Either change yours hour and post it correctly or open your f****** doors! Too many times I've wasted my time driving here. Never coming here again no matter what time you guys really open. Taking my business to Winco, because they're really open 24 hrs, 7days like posted! Oh you better be glad you got 1 star, only because I can't put zero star!

It's employees like Devon who ruin businesses. Purchased a car wash and I put the code in before I drove in I realized I had things in the bed of truck . No worries I'll grab it out before I drive in. Car wash started anyway while I'm not in it. I walk back tell Devon he was soooo puzzled and was debating on if he should charge me for another car wash I explained that it started by itself and he can walk out and see it running a cycle without my car after a 20min debate and 15 people in line he print out a new receipt.

Owner does not support law enforcement or other customers that do. So I will not support his business. Horrible episode with the owner yelling at officers stopped there waiting for a procession for a fallen officer. Horrible. I will not support horrible and hope you don't either.

After the way a store employee yelled at LE and called them names I will no longer use this gas station for anything! It's those same men and women that will be there protect the employees if God forbid anything ever happened to them.

Long story short, these people need to be held to a higher standard. Absolutely disrespectful and very uncalled for and for what a few bucks? Arco owners are such losers, I would never buy arco to begin with its a joke. Some of these idiots are uneducated and you can tell by just talking with them. Anyway here is your one star review and before someone starts saying "oh this is from a post you just read" wrong! My friends were there and witnessed everything! They don't Yelp but I do.
