Came in and got a radiator for my 03 Audi A4. They don't test their parts before they resell them. The radiator had a hole right in the middle of it but now I have to take back off the car and J-B Weld to fix. $180 I should have just gone to the junkyard and pulled one myself. But as they say if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Bought a Sienna Door , and supposedly the door was complete , but came in without a door sensor that costs over $400 , do not buy If you are not able to look at the parts yourself

Scammed me out of an engine and won't refund me. Sold me a 2.5L instead of a 3.0L engine and states "we won't be held responsible" They faked the vin of the car it came out of and none of the records are matching up. Please take your business elsewhere. Very sketchy guys

Have called them from Canada and there were very friendly and had helped me out with the parts I required, although shipping wasn't available from there place yet they made it happen. I personally highly recommend them for your German and Japanese parts requirements.

Very unhappy. I purchased a used part. They offered to install it. 30 min job 5 hours. Repair only lasted a day. Call back and they wanted to say I possibly had transmission problems and wanted to charge more to diagnose the problem. I told them they installed a bad part and they were not willing to refund me properly. Not wanting to hassle I didn't get all my money back but I took it to another shop and replaced part I purchased from them and now car drives well.

Very bad experience when trying to buy an item from them. Constantly increase the price of the item. They lie about its presence and play for time. A week of wasted waiting time. I do not recommend. They are deceivers!

I dealt with Khushal, he was very quick to communicate and kept you informed. Purchased parts for an Audi TT, was able to get parts shipped to my convenience. Would recommend All German and Japanese!

I had a terrible experience buying parts from them, they promised to deliver all the parts the next day since I paid double the market price, but they only delivered half of my order and after my 10 calls and 5 days they told me that they don’t have most import part. They never apologize and did not want to do return or refund even for their non-working/not delivered parts. I advise to avoid this place, people are liars here. I am glad that I paid with credit card and will dispute the transaction and receive the money back…

We waited 2:30-3 hours just for 2 door handles that was supposed to be 4. We paid around 300 dollars for 4. One handle was broken and the other one they already sold. To add on with that very bad service they also made a joke that was really mean and unprofessional. They are unprofessional in general their sign says no cash while they charged us cash, they would not even give all the store credits for those 2 handles that we paid for, only half the price for 1. Very bad place !! Do not recommend!

Needed parts for my daughters VW Beetle, after searching all the other yards in town found this place. They were super friendly and willing to work with me on prices. For a recycling yard there's not much more you could ask for. I've now gone back 3 times and have never been let down. Fully recommend this yard if you need parts!

This business was accommodating to me and followed through with a good return policy. This review is based on the timeframe of the year 2018. I bought a used 49C/H8 battery from them but after installing it it failed after about three days. I called them back about it for a return and they gladly excepted the return and gave me a better battery when I returned the other one to them. I never felt uncomfortable around them or had any issues with them.

If price isn't an issue- sure, give these guys a shot. Paying an auto dismantler the same as you would pay for a new part is wacko- far as I'm concerned. Yup- same price for two parts I'm looking for (as available new online).. Hello, The car the parts are off of doesn't run.. Do the part even work? It's a junkyard. Is there perhaps something else going on here (As the sale of used auto parts doesn't seem a high priority).
