It was the best experience. They had the part that I need and they were able to assemble it and spoke to me with such good manners and kindness I was absolutely delighted. I wish I could find a repair shop with people who behave the way that the staff and owner did toward me. It was a real blessing! ?

Esteban was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about parts for Dodge. He was able to get my part and get me in and out quickly. Also the part together has was in immaculate condition (rear driver tail light) saved me a ton of money and time ordering a new one online. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a Dodge and looking for parts. I myself am I business owner and recognize excellent customer service which I encountered at this place of business. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!If I could give this place zero stars I would! I purchased an engine from this place, and the engine was bad from the firs time I purchased it and installed it. When I called the company to inform them about the problem, they asked me to send it back to them as they would "fix it". Once I sent it back to them and received it back after being "fixed" it was still giving me issues. I had to send the engine back more than 3 times and they could never fix it right. At the end I asked the company to give me my money back as I no longer wanted deal with a bad engine and this bad company. When speaking to the manager at the office he refused to give me a refund, and gave me an invalid excuse and refused to give me a refund. This company has no integrity, don't hold their mechanics accountable but instead will blame you and your mechanic when you ask for their support.I also emailed corporate office up to 4 times, and they never responded to any of my emails.The purpose of me writing this review is not to talk bad about anyone, I am just trying to warn others from making the same mistake I did. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE, AVOID ALL THE STRESS AND HEADACHES THAT COME FROM SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE, AND TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL VALUE YOU.
