definitely my favorite airsoft shop in the area. they have some cool gear and attachments that you won’t find at other spots. everything i’ve gotten from here has been quality. i make sure to take new players here.

Very friendly and helpful staff :) I was out with my family to check out some airsoft guns and the service was good. Had a talk with one of the staff members and got some good but short advice/a little bit of encouragement as someone who's currently looking to get into airsoft.

Customer service wasn’t very good, but besides that they had really good selection and good prices, this place gets really packed it’s a bit of a drive, I’ll probably go again but not for everything, not exactly my go to but it’s worth checking it out

Guy in the store was super rude, caught him replacing sticker prices on items. Made fun of my build. Wouldn’t price match items from in store to online. Not worth driving out too. Just order online like everyone else

This place talked up a big game but did not deliver on the promise. After over $400 in recommended modifications and installation, the parts they installed were incompatible with each other. Take your money elsewhere.

I brought my sons rifle in for an upgrade and repair, when the repair was done it was almost $90 more than the estimate that I authorized. I asked for an explanation and they said it took more labor and parts than they thought, yet no one called to get it ok'd prior to doing it. When I picked it up, I asked for a small discount, just a compromise so we both left happy and they were not interested in any way, even though that practice is illegal. Finally when we got home and tested the gun, it no longer shot straight and was at a lower FPS than they said in the paperwork, the whole reason for the upgrade. I finally brought it to a competitor to have it repaired. If you are looking for honest shop that stands by their work, this is not the spot!

went in to get a holster and a under light for my cz s-01 and when I got home and finally after a couple weeks learned that it is in fact a broken product. I come back to return it to Relearn that they have a 7 day return policy. I understand that I did not return within the policy, but it is in fact a BROKEN product out of the box. An exception should have been made to try and accept a return outside of that window, but they didn't. This also isn't the first time I have gotten an out of the box bad product, they sold me a kwa m9 pistol that fired about 30 rounds before being unable to cycle effectively at all. Luckily I had time to return it in 7 days, otherwise I wouldve been stuck with a broken 100$ pistol. now i got a 60 hard case holster adapter and I'm feelin pretty scammed
