Wasted my time and money and left me with nothing but problems. Sold me bad parts then refused to refund or exchange. Excuses after excuses after excuses. Do not trust them. They are thieves and liars.

They sold me a defective engine and have made excuses for almost a year about why they cannot get me a replacement. I have brought several appropriate replacements to their attention but there are always excuses about why they cannot purchase the engine for me as a replacement. I spent almost $4K with them and still have not received an engine that works. They tried to blame my mechanic for the engine failure so I got the BAR involved who verified the engine was defective and AFTO agreed to respect the BAR's assessment. But now they are backpedaling and once again trying to blame my mechanic after almost 12 months of me being patient and my vehicle sitting here just collecting dust. I have been VERY patient but am now completely disgusted by their business. Do not spend your money here if you have any desire to be treated like you matter...they have caused me so much stress and cost me so much money that I have no choice left but to speak about it publicly. Buyer beware! They are nice people on the surface but when it comes down to the brass tax of ethics they are dishonorable and dishonest. If they come through on their promise it will change my mind but I don't see that happening.

Afto Auto Parts is a great place for someone looking for used parts at decent price. Unlike 'another' salvage yard nearby, they don't charge a fee to get in. They also have a larger selection of vehicles, better prices, & MUCH friendlier & helpful staff! This is by far the best salvage yard i've ever frequented. Small family business who still care about people. IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART, THEY CAN FIND IT!I love going to Afto Auto Parts for my used parts........

I called AFTO AUTO PARTS after business hours, at 7 pm and got a respond, and was looking for 2009 BMW 335i engine with engine harness, they had exactly what I needed. So I ordered the parts and was told that they will be delivered the next business day.

I was able to obtain a part for my car that no other place had. Their service was amazing and the quality of the parts they provide are excellent. My experience with them is worth more than five starts, all of the gentlemen that work here are wonderful to interact with. My recommendation for future clients is to call early in the morning to beat the rush of all of the people getting off work who come here. Also they provide some of the most competitive pricing around.
