They Just need your Money for sure.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aabica Medical Supplies. After placing an order for a manual wheelchair for my mother, it took them a staggering six months to process the delivery. Despite multiple follow-ups, they repeatedly assured me in early October that the wheelchair would be delivered that same week, but I heard nothing. I had to call back on October 29, only to be promised yet again that they’d follow up—yet no one did. Finally, on November 1, I called with an IHSS representative on the line. Only then did they admit that even after six months, they couldn’t deliver promptly because they were ‘fully booked’ and couldn’t make any accommodations for their delay. This level of service is unacceptable; I wouldn’t recommend Aabica Medical Supplies to anyone relying on timely, reliable support for essential medical equipment.
Yes not to forget, they block your number after calling for follow up

1 star but if I could I would put 0 stars. Terrible service, the secretary is entitled, they block you if you call them, would not recommend. They don’t care at all for their customers. Save yourself.

I'm surprised people have had bad experiences here. We've been getting incontinence supplies here for years and have had no problems. The people show us wonderful courtesy, are friendly, and very willing to work with us to make sure my grandmother gets exactly what she needs.
