VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT PHARMACIST. Went there this evening to pick up an injectable medication (refill). Last month the medication came with syringes and needles as ordered by my doctor. This evening went there to get it as the app said the med is “ready for pick up” however, they gave me the vials only without any needles or syringes to draw and administer my med. The person who handed me the med had no clue it comes with needles and asked me to speak to the pharmacist who simply said “come back tomorrow”. This is so pathetic time-wasting. I am traveling tomorrow evening and have full busy schedule all day. Did she expected me to drink this medication when I was told it is ready for pick up?. You cannot do this to your customers. Our time is valuable too. I am a health care provider and know how these orders should be handled. Don’t say a medication a ready if you don’t have all of its components ready. I emphasized I needed the medication today and came to pick it up because the app and the text messages say it is ready, however, she refused to hand me 4 syringes and needles so I can administer my med (IM) intramuscularly. I threw the medication in her face and left and won’t be coming back to this pharmacy ever again

The pharmacy staff here is SO RUDE. They have people and their jobs, they do not try in the slightest to help anyone out. DO NOT GO HERE pick a different pharmacy

I went in to the pharmacy to pick up Migraine medicine. My insurance wasn't going to cover more pills for another two weeks, so I was paying out of pocket, so my Doctor had applied a discount, but I had another to apply. There was an issue applying it, but Alexa Lee kindly and patiently worked through it in the system and LITERALLY SAVED ME FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET. She was amazing!! I was suffering from a at the time, so it was such a welcome relief. Thank you again!

Employee very rude....they refuse to check you out and force you to use self checkout. If you seek helpful employees go elsewhere.

I can see why this CVS has horrible reviews. The temporary pharmacist Izzy or Zizzie was so rude, and I understand why she isn’t employed permanently somewhere. She needs to earn a doctorate in customer service because I think it would take her at least 12 years, or more to possibly pass. For so many reasons that this experience went wrong, I don’t want to spend anymore time writing this bad review. Trust me that it is deserved. Most of my reviews are 5 star but definitely not this one.

Store #9111 RB CVS customer service are excellent, I like Justin and he helps a lot. Mgr Jacky lead a good team. Only CVS Extra Care system still has Glitch most of the time when I try to redeem my coupons and it won't apply at check out even I add to card and see available.... That's out of store level and control. I don't blame the store and any associates, but wish CVS IT team can get it fix ASAP.

CVS Pharmacy is the worse once again. The lines are way too long. I received a text that my prescription is ready and to pick it up. I go there 7 hrs later and they say we don’t have a record of your order. I show them the text and they are like sorry that was a mistake. This is the 2nd time this happen to me in 4 months. They need to hire more workers

Clerk said they were switching my account to new system and I’d save $10.99 on my purchase. Without informing me, she enrolled me in a monthly subscription. Never mentioned one thing about that!!!

This is one of the worst cvs pharmacy's. I get there a little after 1pm to pick up 1 prescription for my dad. Pharmacy tech cannot find order in their system after trying for 20' minutes. After a pharmacist finds my dad's prescription I'm told "Well we are going on our lunch break come back after 2:30PM to pick up the prescription".
