When my buddy asked me to be the best man at his wedding, my first thought was "ABSOLUTELY". My second thought was "oh oh, I'm going to need an outfit that fits me well!" He picked Wedding Tropics as the garment provider.When these kinds of things happen, I sort of panic as I am a shorter male with a longer torso than legs and t-rex-like arms :D I contacted Wedding Tropics and asked them if they could accommodate my needs as their stock sizes would not work for me even if hemmed. I had a conversation with Harry and he assured me that as long as I followed their exact instructions on how to measure, they would absolutely be able to tailor my suit.I had myself measured by three different people to make sure I got everything right, made my order and paid for it. Soon after that, Harry contacted me stating that their design team noticed some discrepancies with my measurements. You see, I had reduced my shirt by one or two inches (I can't remember) and that didn't seem to make sense to their team. I did that because I do not like my shirts to be too long because of my short legs. I took heed to his advice and gave the exact measurements per their guidelines and I am SO glad that I did. FOLLOW. THEIR. DIRECTIONS. EXACTLY.I got my outfit in the mail and it all fits PERFECTLY. I am SO happy with how it all came out and I look REAL GOOD. I told Harry that as the best man, I had to be the second best looking guy there and I'm afraid that I will be THE best looking! Hah!The material that my outfit consists of seem very high quality and very well made. I do not see anything missing, broken, frayed or out of alignment. I am SO stoked!Also, I am very happy with the communication I received and the time it took to get to me. I can now relax a bit before the wedding. What a weight off my shoulders! Thank you, Harry and the team at Wedding Tropics!

My husband special ordered a long sleeved linen shirt for our son’s wedding. He felt he followed the measuring guide exactly. Never the less, a beautiful shirt arrived in reasonable time. The tail length was was way too short and the sleeves too long. He contacted customer service by email and they quickly replied that the measurements were as he requested and they could remake the shirt at cost. There was some disagreement as to fault and after pictures were exchanged, Kevin Baldwin called him, walked him through what he thought better measurement’s would be good for his 6’7” frame. More importantly, Wedding Tropics remade the shirt and shipped it immediately at no charge. It fit perfectly and is beautiful. We will be recommending Wedding Tropics to our friends without hesitation.
