Employees here are super nice, just like every other Lush I've been to! Came in today to recycle 5 Lush pots for a free fresh face mask and the process was so easy. Literally just give them 5 of your clean pots and grab a mask. Store is really small, reminds me of Fashion Valley's Lush back in the day before they moved to the huge store. Pretty hard to walk around since the store is so small, so don't go here if you don't do well with that. Overall, a good Lush store to visit if it's nearest to you.

If I could give my customer experience tonight at this Lush location a zero star rating, I would. As a longtime customer, I was shocked when my daughter requested a sample and she was refused because she had 'tried the product before'. The female employee asked her the question and took her aside for 5 minutes grilling her about her skincare needs, then refused to give her a sample of a $10 product. I placed the items that I had for purchase down and immediately walked out. There is an exceptional employee there, if I see him in the store I will re-post with his name. If he isn't there, I will avoid the 'hard sell' tactics and not set foot in the store.

LUSH is amazing!!! We did a LUSH birthday party for my daughter's 12th birthday and it was seriously the best birthday party ever! Liz and Alyssa were the best!!! They were so sweet and patient with all the kids and made the party a wonderful experience the kids will remember and talk about for a long time! Highly, highly recommend the LUSH party!!!

Love this store! The employees here are so nice and helpful, particularly James . He helped me in the store while I was having a difficult day with my 5 year old, he let him pick a bath bomb and dissolve it in a water bowl and play with it to keep him entertained while I picked out my products . It was beyond the call of customer service for him to be so helpful .

I've shopped at Lush a few times for gifts for friends and family but never treated myself to anything. Today I was having a bit of rough day and I decided to go in and buy some skincare products to do an at home spa day! Alyssa assisted me in finding facial masks, cleansers, and even a moisturizer! She was so sweet and treated me exceptionally with her expert care and undivided attention. I loved the demos she did for me with the products, I felt pampered even in my shopping experience! She treated me to a couple samples of additional products that I am excited to try! Thank you Alyssa for being so kind and taking your time to help me pick the best products for me, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or rushed to make my choices! Excellent customer service!!

Ran in for a last minute Mother's Day gift. The store was stocked with tons of amazing products! Becky gave us great recommendations and finished up by wrapping up the gift. Great customer service from Becky and everyone else. Definitely worth going in!

Wow-- what a great little store! This lush location may be small and cozy, but there are so many wonderful products, some of them package free! I very much love Lush as a company and this location has very passionate employees who I can tell really care about the products and know their stuff!

I'm normally not looking for anything specific when I come in here. I just browse and usually end up buying something. The past few times I've come in though, the employees will not let me just browse. Today, for example, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which was fine. But after I said I was just browsing and tried to walk away, she kept telling me all about their new products for a few minutes. I would understand if I seemed interested or had asked her, but I was making it pretty obvious I was just browsing. Then when she walked away, I had about 30 seconds of browsing before a male employee came up to me and asked how I was doing. After once again saying I was just browsing, he goes into more detail about their new products, asked me what my favorite products are, etc. And it was so obvious that I did not want to talk, I wanted to look around. After a few minutes of that, as soon as he turned away, I just left. I understand they are trying to make sales but PLEASE if someone obviously does not want to talk to you for 5 minutes and they just want to look around themselves then LEAVE THEM ALONE.

Wow I'm a regular here an Becky went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my aunt ..I always go in here an they are very helpful but this time she was amazing she helped me pick out bath bombs for her an then she offered a facemask an tossed it in wow I'm just so grateful..this will always be my go to place an Becky is the best she answered all my questions an wowed me today ..you rock girl !!!

I went in for a pick me up because I was having a horrible day. This was also my first time ever at Lush! As soon as I walked up to the entrance, Nicole greeted me. She answered all my questions & recommended so many amazing products. She was SUPER patient with all my no's & questions. I was having a bad day & the staff turned it around. I will be stopping there more often & will keep using the products because 1) the staff & 2) the products' Thank you Nicole for my gift! You're the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okkuuurrtttt

Molly made my grandmother's day today with her wonderful customer service! My grandma is visiting from Taiwan for a few weeks and wanted to buy a gift for a soap-making friend back home. We stopped by Lush because I've always had a great experience in their stores, whether it be browsing or shopping for their fresh, handmade variety of products. My grandma settled on purchasing a variety of soaps, which are prominently displayed in their colorful glory in one of the store windows. Molly assisted us with helpful suggestions, explanations of each soap's ingredients and creative process, and provided us with both attentive service and time to think. When my grandma made her selections, Molly hand-cut the soap pieces and was so very patient and kind when my grandma requested different cross-sections or sizes of each type. She is responsible for the absolutely beautiful and neatly assembled gift-set of 10 soaps we purchased! My grandma told me she felt like a total V.I.P today. In all, we had another fantastic time at Lush and will for sure be returning soon to this store, thanks to Molly!

Can we just take a moment and talk about how amazing James is?! Seriously! It was my first time in today and he made my experience an amazing journey. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He was engaging and listened and asked questions. He was genuine in his actions. I live in hemet and will return to this store (an hour away) to get my products from him! Thanks James for making my night!
