This store sucks. Had a package from Verizon. A tiny sim card package and although I left my signature on the slip ups left for me to sign. The next day still no package and new sorry we missed you slip over the old ones. There's tons of people here on the farm that could have signed for it. It's like he didn't even try. Also this ramona ups store location can't even seem to answere there damn phone either. Avoid!

I swore that I was going to be one of those pain in the butt customers, coming in with 3 heavy boxes, needing to know the weight first, then having to contact the party we were shipping to to VenMo us the amount. Nikki, the store manager was patient with me, knowledgeable, and thought outside of the box for answers and guidance to ensure they arrived on time for an event tomorrow. My nerves were instantly calmed, I am so grateful for her help and want everyone to know what a wonderful experience I had.

Every time I've been to this little town to use their service they are absolutely fabulous. Never one time if I had issue problem or other. Don't understand why they have such a low star rate unless people just don't take the time to tell them how great they are.

Service has always been awsome no complaints there but today my computer at home was having problems and I went to UPS store to send an email they no longer have computers so I went to the desk for help and asked if I had a drive if we could send an email and he said yes I had attachments on my memory stick so I told him which ones and he did so far so good when I went to pay it was $6 dollars to send a 2 min email I might be wrong but that’s a ripoff when I asked about the price the lady said it could have been more for the attachments! Sad to say they lost a customer never going back for a quick email. I know things are going up in price but come on for an email..
