Every visit to the store and lumber yard leaves me feeling grateful I live in a small town. The customer service and genuine friendliness of everyone here can’t be beat. They remember my name when I come back in, ask about how my project’s coming, recommend what I need to get the job done, etc. Never feels like selling me anything always feels like they’re helping me and genuinely care.

I’ve had good luck in that Store before, but plan on going midday. I was in there as soon as they opened and stood around, waiting for someone to help me with paint. The lady even called on the radio to have someone come over to help me and nobody showed up. I don’t have all day people have things to do. That’s why I came in there right at opening. There was literally one other person in the store with me. Stopping at Home Depot or ordering off Amazon from now on.

Good saw man, friendly people that work there The store is always organized. It's always clean. It's a great place to be. They have a lot of products and get most of anything you're looking for and they have a really good chainsaw section.

I’m 74 years old and not as good at finding things when I’m shopping for items I need but at ace I don’t have to worry because they have friendly associates to help you find what you’re looking for plus they greet you when you walk in the front door

Great staff! Always met a a pleasant greeting and a smile. Both helpful and knowledgeable which you don’t find at the big box stores. The store is always clean and well stocked.

The older gentleman in the nail area was super helpful! He helped me find a screw similar to the one I was looking for, and it ended up fitting perfectly! Definitely would come back for his expertise.

Every time I've gone on a hunt or search for something in this store, I've been met with welcoming ready willingness to be helped. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. For a community without a large chain store for home goods or housewares, these can be found here (and priced fairly)! I can count on always getting the art supplies I need when I go. I did find it odd they didn't sell sandbags, but maybe that's not unusual and I'm expecting too much. Lastly, the postal annex and key making section is excellent as well.
