I recently entrusted my rare 1972 Ford F350 to Thoroughbred Motors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, their attention to detail and professionalism stood out. They treated my classic truck with the utmost care, recognizing its unique value and history.
Alex, the mechanic who worked on my truck, took on the project as if it was his own. His dedication and passion were evident in every aspect of the job. He spent as much time as I needed going over all the meticulous work he had done, ensuring that I fully understood the process and the care that went into each detail.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Corolla in with a misfiring issue. Although they couldn’t find the problem with that the inspection they did on my car was very thorough. I have taken this in to 4-5 different shops and none of the other places did and inspection like this or informed me of issues. My lower control arm was loose. I’ve had this come off completely while driving in another older vehicle and it was very scary. Thanks to Thoroughbred I won’t have to go through that again. I also had an electrical issue that was causing my entire ABS to fail. Something that’s been present for 1.5-2years now. Thoroughbred fixed both of these issues, replaced my FILTHY cabin filter and gave me an alignment. Now although my original issue couldn’t be replicated Jesse made it very clear if it happens again to bring it in and he will help me. The communication of Thoroughbred was TOP NOTCH. Answering the many questions I had to help me better understand my vehicle. It is so difficult these days to find a mechanic shop that truly cares about the work they do and their customers, most just want your money. Here at Thoroughbred they definitely care and I think I found my forever mechanic. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to anyone in the area. All of this was done quickly and at a great price. Also I received a goodie bag which just shows the extra mile Thoroughbred Motors goes for their customers. There’s a reason why they have a 5.0 rating and they deserve it.

Thoroughbred was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when taking care of my vehicle. They explained everything and gave me itemized information, no surprises. They even provided transportation home while my car was in their shop. I highly recommend this company and I will never go anywhere else.

Thoroughbred Motors was UBER professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure that my car and I were taken care of. You typically don't walk into a car repair shop and expect compassion, but that is exactly what they provided. They drove me home, they dropped off my car, and went out of their way to make sure I was cared for. Their diagnostics and recommendations were so very thorough and Jesse walked me through each item and let me know the importance of some, and provided an honest opinion as if he were the owner of my car. I couldn't recommend them more as they saved my sweet car, and provided me with the surety of their service and constant communication at each step of the way. Thank you SO much to Jesse, Kristie, Will and Taryn.
