Drove to Ramona for the prices. Purchased a trailer from SW Trailers because of the service and professionalism of the staff. I worked with Terri. She could not have been more helpful. She knows the product. Terri had all the DMV paperwork prepared by the time I arrived. And she accomplished this detailed but necessary task with great humor. The yard guys who prepped and hooked up my new rig took the time to answer my questions.Worth the drive!

The technician that answered the phone was very unpleasant telling me im the CIA and FBI would not recommend dealing with them for a warranty issue.

Most professional friendly business...! So helpful, and they save the lives of horses everyday with their quality control, service and repairs on horse trailers. They are fair, honest, and great at what they do! If you need an opinion, repair, service, or advice on your current horse trailer, or need a new one? My husband had been looking to upgrade his trailer for a few months and he found the perfect one at the perfect spot.The owner was very prepared to show us the inventory they had. We were looking for a specific trailer size and type and for some sign of the universe was right in front of us.The lady at the reception was very nice and offered us water/coffee as we walked in.The paperwork lady was very professional and made the process run very smooth.The service guys were on top of their game getting trailer ready and hitching it to our truck.We are very pleased with the overall experience, will definitely recommend to friends and family!

If you have a trailer issue or just want to purchase one these guys are a hidden treasure in Ramona. I was totally overwhelmed by a problem with my trailers hubs and decided to try Southwest Trailer Sails (STS) first because it was on my way into town to search for an RV repair place. Thinking that STS only sold trailers I didn't hold out much hope. To my joy they actually had a service department for trailers and had all the parts to fix my trailer. They even explained the process to change the hubs, pack the bearings, and fit the tires. 6 stars for these guys!!

I recently traded in my Sundowner LQ trailer for a Sundowner 2+1 and the entire process was smooth and easy(not something you get everywhere when selling/buying vehicles). Kamal has been amazing to work with, as well as both Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Kimberly. I love my new trailer and will happily take my trailer to them for all services. Highly suggest them for your trailer needs!

I recently had my horse trailer seen for some brake and electrical problems. The trailer now runs very well and the cost and time take for repairs was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend STS for your horse trailer repairs.

The customer service here was amazing. They went above and beyond. We got a good price on our trailer and the quality is top notch. Our horses are so much easier to load and transport. If we ever need another trailer, we will be return customers.

Wow….SW were on point. Lori and Kimberley held my hand the entire process. SW were able to sell us a brand new Maverick Lite 3 horse trailer. SW also had it delivered to San Diego port for delivery to Hawaii. Can’t wait to take our horses to ride on the beach!!!I would recommend SW for great communication, and great service.Chad B

We bought a new cargo trailer from Southwest trailer. We had looked at a different trailer in Lakeside that looked to poorly built and more money. Laurie was so kind and extremely helpful on the phone. We went to look at the trailer the next day and dealt with Kamal. He was also very nice and helpful. The trailer looks to be well built and we saw none of the quality issues that some of the other reviews said. No dents, paint scratches or rust. We highly recommend this place for your trailer needs.

I had an amazing experience buying a trailer today. I received the best service. The Owner and technician made sure I had a wireless break control installed and calibrated properly, a safe new hitch, all lights working properly and everything I needed so I would be safe hauling my horses. They made sure I tested the breaks before they let me drive off. Very very safe. Laurie from accounting took care of all of my paperwork and made sure my transaction went smooth. I give them 5 stars and will recommend them to everyone. Support local business. They go above and beyond to help you.
