BUYER BEWARE! This company is basically a third party seller that lists items that they do not physically have in stock. It is not until your purchase/pay for the item that this company tries to process their order for the item and many times it has already been discontinued or on a long back order. THESE ITEMS THEY SELL ARE NOT IN STOCK! It was TWO weeks before we were notified that our order would be canceled since the item had been discontinued long before we even ordered it!

RV & Auto Parts has the Best customer service! They answered every phone call and email I sent them throughout the past several months about estimated delivery times for my order of Tuff jug fuel containers since Oct.2021 due to supply chain problems. As of now, this company was straight up, sending me copy of their eta data, which was unpredictable, and suggesting I just cancel my order and get a full refund, because they were not sure if this product would ever be back in stock. Crystal was the BEST customer support representative I've have had the "pleasure" to correspond with in my Many Years! I felt I was a valued customer and they gained my consumer confidence with any future orders.I highly recommend using this company and will shop with them again just because of the great business practice! Well done RV & Auto Parts, especially in these unpredictable times!

After ordering new running boards for $100 cheaper than any other company...well let's just say I was skeptical. Then, I read some negative reviews and got worried. But let me tell you the product shipped fast within a few days of ordering. I spoke with customer service to confirm order was being shipped and they were very helpful. Zero issues with this company. Will buy from them again.

I bought a $600 range and when I opened it was badly damaged multiple places. I contacted them and sent multiple photos, even showing the damaged box. Since it had been over 30 days, they offered no refund, return, exchange, NOTHING! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I called to return a toilet I purchased that cost me over 100$ because it was just the bottom half. When I called they did not sell the top half . I requested to just return it then , they transferred me to the manager mike. he hung up on me multiple times and never called back. He had a extremely bad attitude for him being a manager. He mentioned his daughter was the boss so I'm sure she allows this kind of conduct since it's her dad . I think it's extremely unprofessional and I tried to contact him and he blocked my number . I don't recommend buying from these people

I should have looked at their reviews before I dealt with them. Now I understand. I ordered a $14 part shown in a photo and mentioned in the description. It turns out the photo shown was not the part I ordered and the description was not worded well. Of course I received the wrong part based on this. I emailed twice. No response. I called and left messages twice. No response. Finally, about 3 weeks after contacting them initially, I got a call! The rep told me I need to pay for return shipping, despite the misleading photo and description, and I also need to pay a $9.46 restocking fee on the 11oz piece of metal. It must take a few people to lift that thing out of the package and onto the shelf. The rep even told me I should sell the part on eBay. I give them 1st place in the most shoddy company of the year contest.

Ordered a tire online. Order went through and they charged my card. 3 days later I get an email they are unable to fulfill the order. How can a company not have its inventory tied to its frontend and not make you wait 3 days to let you know it is not available. Absolutely ridiculous. If you order, do not expect to get your stuff

The pricing was good, but the service was not. I ordered an item for my trip and they sent the wrong one. I contacted for a return which they said they would sent a pickup and send the right one once returned so now I didn't have it for my trip. Then after they recieved the wrong item they just credited my card without communicating it to me. After emailing twice I finally got a response where they told me they can't get the right part so they refunded it. That is great but I could have gone and bought it elsewhere and had it for my trip had they just looked into it properly the first time.

I desperately needed a Husky hitch head to replace my old worn one. Found RV & Auto Parts with an excellent price. I ordered the item on the 1st of March asking them to send it ASAP. The order went out on the 2nd and got to me quickly. Plus, it was extremely well packaged. This is the first time I have ordered from RV & Auto Parts. They did a great job both on price and getting it shipped to me.

No way to check or cancel your order online, no responses to emails. In the backorder email it says my payment method has not been charged and that is a blatant lie as I was charged as soon as the order was made. I've contacted through email twice and made a case with PayPal. I ordered because it said the item was in stock and I need it ASAP, I cant wait for an item on backorder, I need my money back as soon as possible to purchase the item from somewhere else. If the owner of RV and Auto Parts or an employee of the company is reading this, please cancel order #R-427735 immediately.

Warning!! Company is a SCAM! Order placed and confirmed availability, was then sent an email stating that my order was on back order. Proceeded to call and was simply told they cut ties with that supplier after my order was placed. When I disputed they’re word the phone was hung up by “management”. Would definitely not recommend!
