This company needs to teach their employees how to drive. On wildcat canyon road today at 7:30 not only did your driver go 30mph on a 50mph road, they passed several pullouts to let the 15 cars behind them pass, as well as veered into oncoming trafic multiple times. Please provide your employees basic driver training.

5/2024: Joseph was honestly the most polite and professional tow truck driver we have ever had the pleasure of needing! We’re at a baseball tournament this memorial weekend and my brand new tire ran over someone’s car key. Joseph arrived in a crazy busy area, down a narrow dirt road, kids everywhere, within 35 mins, repaired the tire, and did it all with a great attitude. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Joseph! Thank you!!!!

Their drivers are not qualified or licensed to do proper towing, and their driver. Joey or Joe is a methamphetamine drug addict who broke into my car. Doing $1800 in damage and stole my TV, owners won't take responsibility for their under qualified driver...

Worst towing company I have had an experience with. I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business. The guy on the “Mark” as he wouldn’t provide his name because I was going to contact his supervisor and the tow guy Eric were both extremely unprofessional and rude. There are other companies in Ramona use them instead. They are extremely expensive as well. Price gouging is what they do. They added on a bunch of unnecessary fees. I have lived in Ramona my whole life and this has got to be the worst business in town.

RBS is an amazing tow service out of Ramona. Both dispatch and drivers have been very courteous and great timing. Had my motorcycle towed once and my Classic sports car. I was impressed with them having the much needed race ramps for the low profile cars to avoid the horrid scraping of the front end when being pulled onto a tow truck flatbed. Only giving one star because there is t an option for none. Worst towing company I have ever dealt with. I have a larger vehicle with bigger tires and it’s never been an issue to tow until rbs showed up. The guy wasted my time saying there was no where to hook the winch up to and said I he would only do it I signed a release of liability form, which I said no because i had never needed to do one before. He didn’t even attempted the load my vehicle all he did was waste my time. Then I scheduled another tow through triple A and rbs was gonna send another guy. They wasted my time again and said they would be there an hour and a half after the previous guy left. Never showed up. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t of even consider this company as a last resort.Service: Car towing

Absolutely the worst experience. Left me in the dark by the side of the road to take another call. Then kept me waiting an hour two days later, after I had booked an appointment at 8:15am. Made it for 9:30am, to help them out. They know nothing about time management or customer service. Do. Not. Use.

I called a day in advance to arrange a tow for 8am no one showed up to pick up my vehicle I called in and got a nasty attitude from the dispatch person and was told that they were Almost 2 hours late be they had customers I'm front of me. So much for customer service.

The worst experience of my life. NEVER use this company, unless you enjoy being left on the side of the road in the dead of night. This company does not honor its appointments and does not keep you informed. They lie when called, saying they are 20 minutes away. An hour later, they are still not there. No discou ts, and I was quoted a service that was twice what I was originally quoted. Awful. This is where Customer service comes to die. If I could give them fewer stars, I would.
