Brought the truck in for a rear axel noise and vibration. Was told everything was good. A week later rear tire flys off on the highway. Told me they aren’t going to do anything about it.

Ramona Automotive is the best! I've got an older car with upkeep issues. Been to this shop twice. Eric never tries to sell you something you don't need and explains the how's and why's for each service. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

I took my jeep in to fix the electric windows they took the door panel off said it needs new switches
Put panel back on and then checked the ac it needs new valves he can't find any .
So nothing got fixed but still charged me$148 and nothing is fixed also my jeep was unable to lock they left it out in the back

This place is awesome! Eric, the owner, was professional, honest, forthright and expedient in fixing my vehicle! Not only did he get the job done quickly, he was totally up front about everything, every step of the way. This is the way we all wish mechanics would be but rarely find. I can not recommend this place enough and have found my forever shop solely based on not only the service but how I was treated during the process! Getting me back on the road so I can get back to work without spending a fortune on Uber. Thank you Eric and staff, you guys rock!

They have been the best And I come from a family of mechanics and owner of a local rv shop we have 2 mechanics on staff its just easier to take my vehicles to someone II can TRUST , and so I take it to these guys. They are reasonable in their prices and their services have been outstanding !!!!! customer service second to none

The mechanic here saved my vacation! I was in Julian for the night and discovered my car battery died the morning I was to leave. A jump start got me to the O'Reilly in Ramona where I bought a new battery. They wouldn't install it for me and pointed me across the street to Ramona Automotive.I drove up and without hesitation the mechanic brought me into the bay and got to work right away. The old battery was completely fried and even smoking, but he worked to take it out and then installed the new battery. On top of this, he knew I was in a rush to get into San Diego and actually took the old battery back to O'Reilly for me to make sure I got my $22 refund for the core. Unparalleled service!I've been to auto shops all over the country and this was the best experience I've had! I wish I wrote down his name to thank him personally, but I felt really seen, heard and did not feel taken advantage of in the least. Would highly recommend if you're in the area!Service: Battery

I had to get a smog check and I called the two local shops in Ramona. With the first shop , the guy seemed so bothered answering the phone and rushed to end the call. I called Ramona Automotive and spoke with Logan. She was so sweet and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions. She made me an appointment. They got me in on time, and it was so easy and quick. I highly recommend this shop.
