My car was damaged by their service tech back in July 26th. They still won't get it fixed. I've called and all I get for an answer is it's not our problem we turned it into insurance company. Insurance company has never contacted me. Next step for me is CA Attorney General office. Today's date 8/27/24

Randy the owner and Adam the service advisor were professional, patient and had absolute integrity helping my “seasoned citizen” mom with her 2018 Honda Accord. I’m thankful there are people like the team at RAE who actually care about their customers.

So this is my first experience and it was a great one all around I won’t bore you with all the great conversations, the attention to detail, good customer service was on point. I bought this 2000 Toyota four-wheel-drive from one of my customers (I own a plumbing company) it’s beautiful and almost 25 years old, but I wanted to make sure everything‘s in good working condition even though it only has 100,000 miles on it. It needed an alignment but since it’s a 25 year old four-wheel-drive Toyota pretty much nobody can figure out how to align it or was willing to do so, these people would and did it a great job drives perfectly. They found a couple other things that I might wanna have looked at which I will down the road here shortly, anyway seems to me they probably run their company slimmer the way I run mine. Note this is only one experience first time customer but I have a good sense that it was a good value good customer service .

Randy called me to confirm the total of $2800 but then ended up charging another $300 in labor without my authorization. I called him when I received the bill and he said "I knew this was going to happen so I've documented everything". That's funny because this is the first time we've ever done business so how would he "know" that this was going to happen. Sounds to me like he does this often. Beware of this crook and his shady business practices.

Our vehicle is riding very smooth. They provided great service in a timely manner. Pricing seemed fair. Having a ride to and from their facility was an important extra for us. We didn't have the extra pressure of finding a ride from friends.
