I am extremely pleased with them. They helped me out with no problem when I was there. The gentleman who helped me was a little gruff but helped me get exactly what I needed and was very helpful. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

It's a part store. Good selection of misc stuff on the shelves. Staff is very helpful, a good thing...except...I needed a new lug wrench (available on those stocked shelves). 1 employee helping a gent with a shopping list of things looking up parts for the gent. Other employee helping a gent with a "mystery part". So 2 of 2 employees trying to figure out part numbers...all I need is a lug wrench. But they were deeply involved looking up part numbers. Waited...gave up...put lug wrench back...went elsewhere. Great store...but come on! Process peeps that got what they want and then go back to the parts search.

My wife was returning from a Drs check up, and the car had struggled to start on her return , and so she dropped In to get a replacement battery. We’ve been there before and usually one of the staff is more than willing to install, but Michael refused. My wife is in treatment for breast cancer, and I am utterly livid. I’m grateful Ramona Tires and Pros were able to hook her up.

Very slow. Multiple team members looking for an online purchase that was supposedly already pulled.Other team members not helping the front when there was 3 or 4 people waiting to be helped.Could be improved with better leadership.The team member I spoke with was knowledgeable, and the store is well organized.AutoZone was the same price and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Went to buy oil filter, cost $17.99. I asked manager if they price match Walmart $11.34. Said no because they're not local, they only match local (it's literally a 15 minute drive to Walmart) so I went to AutoZone across the street, they were $2 cheaper and then they matched Walmart. Seems like O'Reilly's doesn't want our local business and take advantage local residents. If you're up the hill go to AutoZone.

I had my son go and return Armano cleaning wipes and they usually have a 30 day warranty but would not take them said it was dried out and over 30 days when bought 10/29/2022 and was tried to return on 11/26/2022 and not dry at all. Don’t recommend going here!!!

My Tundra battery went completely dead, but after a jump; I was fortunate enough to select this location to place all my hope into finding a replacement 30 minutes before closing time. Dana took the time to find the 1 battery in inventory that fit my truck, provided the tools to make the swap, and even stayed late to check my charging system to ensure I was driving off with no other issues. It's great to know that there are still people who genuinely care. Thank you, Dana, for your stellar customer service!

This place has knowledgeable staff, will help you use their diagnostic on your vehicle to pinpoint problems and loan you tools for free. They will even put windshield wipers on for free. Ordering parts is fast.
